Barney at Funtimetours was really good in organising us a tour
We couldn't get into our original Safari lodge so Barney recommended Pondoro Lodge to us. It turned out really great. The lodge was clean, safe and wonderful and the food was world class. The staff are the best and the trackers did their best to find the animals every game drive...they were outstanding. We loved it and will be back.

Amazing Adventure!
I was not sure what to expect on my first trip to South Africa but I can definitely say it was fantastic thanks to Fun Time Tours! Barney's knowledge of the parks and animals, large, and small is incredible! He was accommodating to his guests in all aspects of the trip....wonderful lodge recommendations, delightful dining experiences, quality "retail therapy" time and patience with my endless questions and comments!! :) His experience as a ranger clearly shows through during his tours and his easy going manner, promptness and professionalism allows you to relax and enjoy the entire experience,

Funny, intresting and amazing
We (3 german Backpackers) had a lot of fun. Barney is such a cool man and he knows so many facts about the animals. He is very professional and can identify animals from so far away where we tourist do not recognize anything ;) We just can recommend that tourist because it was such a adventurous and amazing day for a very good price. I think you can't do much more or much better in such a short time.

Great Kruger tour
We (4 people, travelling from Kinshasa) took a customized three and a half day tour heading to the Kruger park through a scenic route. We planned everything on short notice and were pleased to find a very flexible and responsive interlocutor. Inside the park, we learned lots about wildlife thanks to passionate and knowledgeable Barney. Should I have to point out a downside, that would be little luck with the weather, but that's nothing the tour operator can do anything about... Go Fun Time Tours !

Kruger Park & Panorama route day tours
I use this Tour Operator to provide a Tourist Guiding service in the Kruger Park and Panorama route in the Mpumalanga & Limpopo provinces. Fun Time Tour services are excellent and our clients speaks highly of their guiding service. Barney is an ex-game ranger and registered Tourist Guide and knows the park well with its beautiful fauna & flora. The Panorama route is always a tourist destination not to be missed and Barney knows the area well and does this tour with no rushing from one attraction to the other.
For me to do the day tours in this part of South Africa is impossible as I am +- 480km away from the Kruger. Therefore, we use the services of Fun Time Tours and have experienced no problems at all. The vehicles they use are clean and the office service by Venishia is always friendly and punctual.

Bloody Marvellous
This is what memories are made of. My biggest fear is arriving and A- no transport B- no bookings and C- my little girls says I'm BOARD. Well safe to say that my worries were a waste of time and energy. Arriving at Hoedspruit airport we were greeted with huge smiles and warm hugs. Felt like long lost friends. In the comfy vehicle there were snacks and juice ready just for us. Not once in the 8days did I hear I'm bored. not from my 8 year old princess of my hubby. Barney kept my hubby entertained with interesting facts and long walks and Venishia kept Alexa busy while I soaked up the African sun and read a brilliant book. that is between the places of interest and the amazing bush drives. Not only can they tell you something interesting about the animal, birds and their different calls and the trees. WOW are there a lot of trees (and yes had a quick check in the book to make sure Barney did not have us on) the knowledge. Hearing about all the different things is not something you can pick up from reading or watching all the animal shows. These two really know what they are doing. From the suppers to brunch and a million snacks in between we rolled home.
Thank you for the amazing trip we will definitely be back next year. Did I mention that it took five minutes to email them our booking request, two minutes later a reply with suggestions and a quick EFT and we on our way
