Amazing Masaimara
I went to Kenya for GES 2015 and I had no plans of going to Masaimara but I heard so much about the place that I abruptly decided to go. I was looking for a Safari operator and met Diana. It was Sunday but still she helped me book my tour. I was extremely happy to receive their cooperation and hospitality. They worked hard to help me make the most use of my time and I am thankful to them.

Venture Safaris: well organized visit to amazing parks in Kenya
Organzied by Venture Africa Budget Safaris, we had an unforgettable 4-days trip to Masai-Mara and Lake Nakuru. Both parks were amazing beatiful, the weather was great, making the trip a huge success. Price-quality ratio was perfect, also the drive to both parks was well organized. At the start, we departed from Ngong (1-hr from Nairobi) to Venture’s office. Prior, it was quite unclear were to meet Venture’s employees in Nairobi. After many questions to the organization, it became more clear where they wanted to meet. Hostels and food was good. During our drive, the car crashed. It took many hours before we continued our trip to Nakura, that was a pity and required a lot of energy. Overall, the organization was well done and really enjoyed the trip. Afterwards, we were a bit spammed for writing this review, so be prepared ;)..

Far below expectations
I did the 1-night stay tour and it was quite a disappointment. Game drives are too short in duration (overall 5 hours) while 11+ hours are needed to go to Masai Mara and back. Period is supposed to be ideal to see the great migration, but we didn't get the chance to see it, as "there was not enough time to go to the river", which is practically a matter of tour guide decision! Staying at the outskirts of the reserve, close to the gate, automatically meant less chances of seeing all the animals. In fact we got to see just 3 out of the big 5 (lion, buffalo, elephant), and not even other animals that are supposed to be present in large numbers (cheetahs, crocodiles, hyenas etc), which doesn't make any real difference compared to going to Nairobi National Park which is right next to the capital. No comment on the accomodation or food, as these are definetely secondary issues for all visitors. If i knew before, I wouldn't do it.

Not recommendable
After making the reservation 2 months before arriving (in Spain), hotels were full with NO reservation from agency. My trip was 9 days. We had to share rooms 5 nights; we paid for double rooms. After calling the agency, no response. One month later, We are still waiting for a compensation or justification. Baboon is the same company.
