Our travel angel!
From day one of planning our anniversary vacation to the end of our anniversary vacation, Ms. Leigh-Ann Croeser was absolutely wonderful. She was our travel angel. While on our trip we lost our luggages and she was making calls to the airlines and getting information for us to help us out so we wouldn’t have to stress while on vacation. She went above and beyond for us. Any questions we had she would respond almost immediately. She was so patient with us and so caring. She always answered my calls and her voice was so soothing and thoughtful. You can tell she loves what she does and she wanted us to have an amazing experience. She always made sure that our tours and resorts were up to par. She even went as far as letting the resorts know that our luggage was missing so they could accommodate us with essentials. The resorts even provided their uniform for us to use. We are so grateful that we found the best travel agent! I highly recommend to book through Safari if you want to have an otherworldly experience.

A seamless yet unforgettable vacation.
Our safari experience in Sabi Sands was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to our trip planner. From start to finish, everything was organized seamlessly, making what could have been a complicated journey feel effortless. Despite the long travel required to reach the reserve, every detail was thoughtfully arranged and everything went exactly according to plan. The safari fit perfectly into our South Africa itinerary.
The resort that was selected for us exceeded all expectations. It was incredibly luxurious while still feeling warm and personal. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. Every member of the team made the experience feel special and tailored to us.
The safari guides and staff were extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and ecosystem, which made every game drive both exciting and educational. We were fortunate enough to see an incredible variety of animals during our time in the reserve, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
We are so grateful for the care and expertise that went into planning this trip. It was the perfect combination of adventure, luxury, and seamless logistics, and we would highly recommend both the trip planner and this experience to anyone considering a safari in South Africa.

Absolutely incredible experience in Kenya, Zimbabwe and South Africa!
Mel took care of us from the word go. She answered all of our questions when we started doing research for our safari, and believe me, we had a lot of questions. We wanted to see all the animals we could and we didn't want to have to drive long distances to get to animal preserves. Our boutique stay in Zimbabwe was incredible. Since we requested two beds, they put us up in their 2 bedroom bungalow. It was so beautiful and absolutely perfect. Victoria Falls is just so amazing to experience in person. Our safari stays in Kenya and South Africa were so amazing. We saw lions, leopards, elephants, zebra, baboons, giraffe, rhinos, hippos and cheetahs, not to mentions tons of hooved animals and birds. The guides are trackers were so patient and wonderful with us. I highly recommend Governor's Camp and Simbavati River Lodge. This was a once in a lifetime trip, if it is for you, go big and stay at the nice places and fly in between locations. Spending hours and hours driving between locations would suck big time. We compared several companies and Safari.com came out the winner by a landslide. I fully recommend them for all of your Africa travel needs.

On top of all the details!
Lynn was amazing getting everything set up for our safari. There was a specific river cruise I wanted to go on and she was able to hold a date while we confirmed evening at home. She was sure to send us all the information as needed and knew the billing schedule. We appreciated the deal with the travel insurance as well. Amazing. Everything that organised was great
Safari club was a great place to stay. Views from our room were incredible, we saw a lot of animals including elephants. Staff were great as were the meals

Everything was incredible cannot recommend it enough it is an expensive trip but it more than delivered and gave us experiences we’ll never forget.
Wonderful Experience
First contacted safari.com in February for our June trip. Zene Devine, our representative was very helpful in giving us different options, based on our budget. Communication was prompt and detailed throughout.
We took the actual trip last week and all the guides, transfers, and hotels/activities were excellent. Would highly recommended safari.com.

Dolan S. was a most superb operator !
We do all our own travel arranging UNTIL Africa. We used Dolan and Safari.com to arrange this trip. We work hard for our money. I’m not kidding it was a lot of money. But guess what, it was worth every penny!!! After you experience this trip, you forget the money. Communication SUPERB, service TOP rate. The money spent is far from your mind when you experience the 2 safaris we did. We did 2 safaris through Dolan and they were BEYOND AMAZING. Dolan also provided freebies of which we are very grateful. We rarely return to a place twice but this may be the exception. Big thanks to Dolan and his team for the trip of a lifetime.
