Very helpful with all our questions!
Shann did a great job organizing the trip for us and was always available for questions. She had the hotels and transfers completely taken care of. She found us hotels we LOVED, that we would likely have not found in ourselves. I strongly recommend using them for your trip.

A truly amazing experience from start to finish!
Our experience with Pascal in advising which safari experience would fit our requirements and helping us through the planning stages was seamless. We appreciated his knowledge and professionalism in helping us select the ideal experience for our group. He was in frequent communication with us throughout the process, and answered all our questions promptly and with reassurance.
He organised the van and driver to take all 11 of us from Cape Town to Gondwana with all our luggage for the 4 hour drive along the Garden Route. We were promptly collected from our various accommodations in Cape Town and delivered safely back after the safari.
The safari experience at Kwena Lodge was truly amazing. The lodge itself was luxurious and far exceeded our expectations. The food, the facilities and the staff were all outstanding. Our game drivers were professional and very entertaining. Their vast knowledge of the animals and the area was exceptional. We had a once in a lifetime experience of seeing many of the African native animals in their natural environment. A truly unforgettable experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Safari.com and Pascal for anyone looking for a similar safari in South Africa.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Safari.com and Simbavati!
My adult children and I had the best time ever at Simbavati Trails Camp and Simbavati River Lodge! It was truly an unforgettable experience!

Organized
Candis curated a wonderful experience for us that started with four nights in Cape Town, SA. A driver was waiting for us at the airport despite a delayed arrival. We spent two days visiting wineries and a third exploring the city.
The next stop was Kruger National Park and the Hoyo Hoyo lodge which consisted of only six huts and twelve guests. Despite arriving in a chilly rain, the welcome was warm. Over three days, we completed six game drives and saw four of the big five. The staff was attentive, the food was beautifully presented and the property was very clean. The only negative is that the property is a bit dated and needs a refresh. Our guide, Morna, deserves a big thanks!
We then departed Kruger and flew to J-burg for a one night layover. We stayed at a charming property, the African Rock Hotel. The hotel is a renovated home in a gated community. It was an ideal selection for a one night layover.
The following morning, we flew to Victoria Falls for a three night stay at the Wallow Lodge, a new facility in a private game reserve. The accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable. Our only minor complaint is that we did not always enjoy the food offerings. Behki was our primary host and guide for the three days. He was outstanding and a pleasure to be with. In addition to visiting the Falls and touring the private game reserve, we did take the one day tour to Chobe National Park in Botswana which was another great recommendation from Candis.
We will be going back to Africa again and will certainly work with Candis and Safari.com. We had great comfort as the drivers were on time, the hotel and lodge reservations were secured, and we always felt comfortable.

Organized to perfection
We were a bit anxious about booking our Safari through an online agency, however, Safari.com turned out to be an excellent choice. They helped organize every step of our trip to South Africa. Everything went off as planned. The resort we stayed at was fabulous. All our connections went smoothly. Safari.com was easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend you using them to plan your trip.

Very responsive to last minute requests and concerns
Leigh-Ann co-ordinated a visit of Livingston, Zambia for me, following a medical mission in Lusaka. Having never been there before, I left things in her ( as i now know) capable hands. She booked me into the Royal Livingston hotel , which was a beyond beautiful splurge. In fact, it was so fabulous that I decided to extend my stay for 2 nights at the last minute. Leigh- Ann responded immediately to my Whats app request and was able to get me the same reduced rate. I then discovered , after asking the front desk to extend my stay, that she arranged a rate that was more than half off.
She also arranged a beautiful river cruise on the African Queen , where I saw elephants tousling in the water, multiple hippos., and a crocodile. I toured the Victoria Falls, on both the Zambian and Zimbabwe side ( would highly recommend doing both) , and swam in the Devils Pool . I am in my 60’s and a must!
