Anja was very professional, quick to respond, helpful, honest
Our experience with Safari.com was excellent. Feeling overwhelmed at the start, Anja considered our thoughts & suggested itineraries that we tweeked over time to create the amazing African vacation we just returned from. Value for money, attention to detail & peace of mind were at the forefront.Anja & her team delivered in spades. Our thanks for a trip of a Lifetime.
Excellent tour
Guided by Safari.com I booked a 4 night safari at Sanbona Tinley Manor and the safari lived up to all my expectations and more. The staff, accommodation, food and safari drives were all excellent .my guide Jacques was wonderful and very knowledgeable enhancing all the drives.I would highly recommend Tinley Manor.

Botswana Safari
We were very happy with our experience working with the team at Safari.com to organise our amazing Botswana safari holiday. Nerine our tour manager crafted a seamless itinerary. Any requests from us were added in without any hassle. Communication was clear with all responses occurring via email within 1 business day. Contact details were provided so the team could be reached during the holiday if any concerns were to arise. All of the camps we stayed at were faultless. We had a fantastic time. We would recommend using Safari.com to others.

Safari and Victoria Falls trip
Shann organized our six night trip end to end. All we had to do is be where we were supposed to be. The Shalati Bridge Train Hotel is a must stay if you are doing a safari in Kruger National Park. We stayed at the Waterfalls Lodge in Victoria Falls, the accomodations were just fine, but nothing special. The staff was outstanding. We highly recommend Shann and Safari.com for your vacation planning. They are outstanding!
Top notch!
Anja at Safari.com took a lot of time to find a perfect itinerary for our group that fit everyone's budget. She paid attention to detail and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. The entire trip was as smooth and seamless as can be. We loved everything about it and will absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to take a safari

A Dream Safari Made Perfect by Mel & Safari.com
Celebrating my 45th birthday on an African safari was a lifelong dream, and Safari.com made it absolutely unforgettable. Mel was incredible from start to finish helping me choose the perfect itinerary, accommodations, and safari experience while always being available to answer questions and offer guidance.
Planning a trip like this can feel intimidating, but Mel’s professionalism and communication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From arrival to departure, every detail was perfect. The safaris were spectacular, and the accommodations were truly five-star amazing. A trip and birthday celebration I’ll never forget!

Set and forget (Vic Falls Safari Lodge did it)
While the lodge staff and the experiences werefantastic, Safari.com provided no itinerary, luxury deck on cruise not honoured.
It was like a set and forget.
Once we had booked and paid there was little or no communication from them.
Hence we arived at Lodge not having an itinerary!
We had to take a photo of our itinerary from lodge to find out what it was!!
After I booked, did not communicate what she should have.
I had a good experience booking my trip, but after I paid, communication was lacking. When I was looking to book, the agent got back to me very quickly. Once I paid, it could be days before I heard from her. I've never used a travel agent before, but I expected to be told more. I was not given a detailed itinerary until a day into our trip by someone else on the ground, who was supposed to be available to me. Also had no idea we were flying into Zimbabwe (supposed to go to Zambia and Botswana). We needed a Declaration and $100 US dollars to enter the country. This was not communicated to me at all!!, and we almost didn't make it in. I assumed a travel agent would let know. Am I wrong?? Then I got very sick (got insurance with booking) and asked the person I was to contact on the ground what to do, and crickets. The actual places and things that were booked were wonderful and exactly what I wanted. It would have been nice to have the communication, especially since I was't sure we could continue in Zimbabwe and would have to return to South Africa.

Excellent hospitality
Hoyo Hoyo safari lodge has exceptional hospitality and the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and aim to please!
The experience was amazing and trip of a lifetime. The rooms are as seen on website! So cool!
The only negative I have to say is the smell in the rooms (musty smell) needs to be addressed! I’m not sure if it’s due to all the rain recently or if that is the way they are due to the bamboo walls!

Exceptional Service
We had an excellent experience with Safari.com and in particular Cearl Marney. She gave us various safari packages to choose from and we selected Tilney Manor at Sanbona Game Reserve. Cearl was very efficient in making the booking and keeping us up to date. Their professionalism is to be admired and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
