Excelente service, just would like to know before the trip to have more options in different costs.
Excelent service from Zené and all the workers on Safari, very trustful page, just in value for money would like to know, before doing the trip the more differnt options you have, once you're in Southafrica you realized this.

Leigh-Ann listed and put together a perfect package for me.
When I decided to add Victoria Falls to my already booked itinerary in South Africa, I researched several companies and I'm so glad I chose Safari.com. Leigh-Ann listened to what we wanted and gave us several package options of various prices and itineraries.
We choose to stay at Avani, which was so amazing with zebras, giraffes, monkeys and impala roaming all around the grounds! It also was a 5 minute walk to to Victoria Falls and the locals curio shops with handmade items. Full breakfast was included at Avani with a great selection. The staff was so friendly!
A BOMA dinner was suggested and was awesome to see African music, dance and drumming.
The sunset cruise was beautiful and relaxing. The hippos put on a show for us.
Leigh-Ann also set us up for a guided walking tour of both sides of the falls, with an option to return as much as we wanted. I was glad to have the guide for the first time as he was not only knowledgeable but provided me with a much needed rain coat!
Unfortunately my friend had a family emergency and had to return home before we even got to Zambia. When I contacted Leigh-Ann she was very quick to respond and understood my concern of traveling alone. That anxiety quickly went away as soon as I arrived. Everyone was so friendly and I never felt afraid.
Leigh-Ann was so good at listening to what we wanted, our budget, was always quick to respond to every question and calmed me when I realized I'd be traveling alone.
I highly recommend Safari.com for your visit to Victoria Falls!

A Life-Changing Safari — Beyond Every Expectation
There are trips you take, and then there are trips that change you. Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge is unequivocally the latter.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was no ordinary safari lodge. The team had an almost uncanny ability to anticipate every need before it was even expressed — a cold towel here, a perfectly timed sundowner there, a room detail personalized just for us. The staff don't just provide service; they provide presence, and that makes all the difference.
The food deserves its own accolade. Every meal was an event — fresh, inventive, and beautifully presented, whether served under the open sky or around a boma fire. It elevated what could have been a "nice camp meal" into something truly memorable.
But the real magic happened out in the bush. Our ranger and tracker were, without exaggeration, extraordinary. Their knowledge runs impossibly deep — we tracked and spotted all of the Big 5, which alone felt like a miracle, but that was just the beginning. They decoded the language of the bush for us: the medicinal secrets of plants most people would walk past without a second glance, the stories written in animal tracks, and at night, the vast, uninterrupted African sky — they turned a canopy of stars into a living astronomy lesson. We came home knowing more about this planet than we ever expected to.
Beyond the wildlife, beyond the food, beyond the flawless service — Sabi Sabi gave us something rarer: a genuine sense of wonder. It rekindled curiosity I didn't know had gone quiet.
A special mention must go to Safari.com and our consultant Candis, who made the entire journey seamless from the very first conversation. No hidden fees, no last-minute surprises, no stress — just thoughtful, expert planning that let us be fully present for every incredible moment. If you want a safari done right, start with them.
If you are even remotely considering it — go. Don't hesitate, don't wait for the "right time." Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge is, without question, the most extraordinary experience of my life.

Great lodge and very good service. Our Safari guild was excellent. His tracking knowledge and experience helped us find all the big 5 plus a lot more.

Wonderful Expereince
This was an incredible experience from start to finish! Cearl was great to work with, and we had a wonderful safari in a wonderful place with wonderful people. Everything went as planned, and the safari was very fairly priced. Thanks for a great experience!

Exceeded our expectations in every way!
We absolutely loved every minute of this trip!
We started working with Shann Shaw about 14 months in advance of our trip by discussing what we hoped to see, when we wanted to go, our budget, and our limitation to not fly small bush planes. We were very impressed with Shann's guidance regarding an itinerary that would meet our trip wish list. Additionally, while building the itinerary, Shann provided lodging options we could research and consider for the 4 game reserves we would be visiting. Shann was very responsive to our questions in advance of the trip and super responsive while we were on our trip.
At each of our 4 safari lodges our rooms were GORGEOUS, staff was fantastic, and the food was excellent! The game guides and trackers were extremely knowledgeable and in tune with giving us the best game viewing experience possible. The viewing, the landscape, and the accommodations at each of the 4 safari reserves were unique and special in different ways.
There was not a single snafu on 3 week trip. The transfers between the four lodges were flawless (driving and flying) with very professional drivers and very good vehicles.
We couldn't have asked for a better experienc! Dare I say it was perfect.
We loved this trip so much, I've already told Shann I'd like her to help us plan the next one

An Incredible Adventure in Africa
The Safari was amazing, and affordable. If you are trying to fit a safari into your visit to Africa, 3 days and 2 nights is the perfect amount of time to sample and wish to return. We were two couples. Two in our 70’s and two in our 50’s. We rented a car to get there. It was a very easy drive, with beautiful sights along the way. The last 45 minutes of the drive were a little rough. The start of our adventure. But we had a big comfortable SUV. The accommodations were so luxurious. We didn't expect that and were very impressed as we entered each of our own little bungalows, separated for privacy with the feeling of seclusion. Upon entering, I had the feeling of entering the Land of Oz. Greatest personal service and attention. Wonderful Safaris, 4 in total. Picnics on each Safari. The safaris were very exciting, just being in the vehicle. Going over rough terrain. Saw lots of animals, up close and personal. A little too up close at times. My friends were very impressed at my choice. We left wanting to return.

Excellent service, highly responsive, attentive to my specific needs, positive and pleasant.
Safari.com created two wonderful safaris for me - one in Sabi Sands Private Game reserve and one in Chobe National Park. They offered different and unique experiences. The accommodations and staff were top notch in both. Your agent will help you select the location with respect to your budget, so there is alot of flexibility. Saw the big 5 in Sabi Sands - where, for me at least , the animals were more plentiful than in Chobe.

Everything was working like Swiss watches. All transfers, all hotels, all flights
Our group of friends begin to plan this trip in simmer last year. We change our trip itinerary pretty often and Sara was with us every step of the time. I was impressed with her prompt replies. Exactly the same was during our trip.
Top peak: both hotels in Kruger. Transfer from Shalati to Kruger gate hotel was like limo service! If you can organize car like this to Panorama road it will be nice.
Victoria Falls was a little disappointed, because in this time of the year is lot of water and not a lot to see, but sunset cruise was really nice and also dinner with drums show.
This company is highly recommended.
