Unforgettable family trip to Kenya -- festive season 2024
Andre and his team were amazing: prompt, flexible, and offered us incredible value for money for this trip. We traveled as a family of four, with two young adult girls, and we spent a couple of weeks in Kenya over the festive season. We currently live in Africa and have taken several trips to other safari destinations. This trip was one of our favorites.
In preparation for the trip, we shopped around and built our list of preferred destinations and lodges. Andre worked with us in customizing the itinerary to include our preferences, adding and removing activities, to avoid having only game drives -- although we are all avid wildlife lovers and will probably never tire of safaris. Having spoken to other tour operators, we chose Andre because he offered the widest range of activities and the best price at our chosen set of lodges.
We were a bit concerned that most of the reviews for Safari With Us were for trips to South Africa, but Andre assured us that their ground handler in Kenya (also known as a destination management company, DMC) had been doing business with them for over a decade. True to this promise, the DMC delivered reliable services, and Andre was his usual prompt and responsive self in stepping in when we needed a bit of help with the local DMC.
Overall, the trip went very smoothly. We enjoyed our time, saw amazing parks and wildlife, and made lasting and precious memories. We would highly recommend Andre and Safari With Us to other fellow travelers. For our part, we will make sure to contact Andre for help with planning any of our future African travels.

They were meticulous in their organization of every aspect of the tour (communications, itinerary) and so quick to respond to any questions I had (it seemed 24/7). They are friendly, receptive, and value customer care.
The accommodation was excellent. The safari and tour guide, especially, made for an incredible experience that resulted in a variety of wildlife sightings. The schedule was simple and enough activities for each day. The booking staff were readily available to respond to the needs on customers.

Highly Recommend & Professional
This is my first time on a safari tour and it was incredible. Safari With Us was very professional and made the experience a breeze from start to finish. Everything was on time: shuttle to the airport hotel, Kruger Park, safari drives and return back to Johannesburg. I highly recommend including Sabi Sands night tour since I was able to see the Big 5 between both public/private parks.

Perfect Trip to Krueger and Sabi Sand
Andre and team were helpful with customisation of my trip. The friendly drivers were punctual for our transits and they were very cordial on their sharing on the lodging and answered my questions about the country (my first time in South Africa).
Andre responded to my enquiry late in the evening and follow-up immediately with an email - top notch service.
The game drives were perfect! The lodges and people were amazing! The team has done a great job and left us with beautiful memories of the safaris.

Best first safari experience
We booked 3-day Kruger safari departing from Johannesburg. Communication with the company was good, quick and ongoing.
Our stay was at Kruger Adventure Lodge, which was a luxurious lodge with a pool and good included breakfast and dinner.
All included safaris went excellent, we had a great ranger who was invested in ensuring all the best sightings for the group. We saw all big 5 in three days. We entered Phabeni gate, if you want to know.
Transfer from and to Johannesburg was smooth and comfortable.
I overall recommend this firm for a positive safari experience.

The tour operator was informative, friendly and was able to adapt to what we needed for a holiday.
We had good communication for a specific time frame to fit in a short trip to what we describe as the overall best Game reserve in Southern Africa, Madikwe. It is closer to Joburg than Kruger and we had good value on travel costs by being able to be picked up from our suburban Joburg address front door on time and driven by a very pleasant driver to the front door of our first lodge in the game reserve about five hours with a few stops by lunch time. The second night as it worked out due to availability at short notice was spent at a different lodge about half an hour away and the lodges were able to arrange this transfer. So we ended getting to experience two lodges which are both top quality with very experienced staff and guides. There were swimming pools at both lodges for a pre drive swim and meals and drinks were included in the rate. The beauty of this game reserve is you only see two or three other vehicles on a game drive and the sighting system is strictly managed I believe. We saw lions and cheetah during our four game drives but sadly missed out on a leopard and wild dog sighting. But we did see hyena, elephant, giraffe, buffalo and many more. All of the above was included in the quoted rate except for a steepish conservation fee from both lodges.

Best tour operator and great experience in Namibia!
Safari with us is the best agency I have ever used. They are very professional, supportive, patient and not expensive. We have booked the tour with several rounds of schedule change and re-quote with them. They are being very patient and responsive with us all the time. After confirmation, we were not pushed to pay all the fee before we get visa done. Visa process was extremely complicated and consulate kept asking for additional documents, which are not required from any other country. Every time the agency sent back the required files within the same day although there is time difference and many times what has been required was not reasonable at all. Even though we tried our best to fulfill the requirement, I still didn’t get the visa approval one week before departure. The agency helped me to contact consulate and get the final approval within two days. Without their kind support, we would not have the chance to visit one of the most beautiful country. The tour was organized very well with driving guide, who took care of all logistic, accommodation and activities. We saved a lot of time and energy. We could enjoy the trip fully. Guide was very professional and experienced, so that we could see all kind of animals, scenic and experience the best of Namibia. After knowing that I am interested to visit rescue centers to learn more about those volunteer programs, he added a stop for us at the Cheetah Conservation Fund without requesting additional costs. Great experience, beautiful Country and kind people. Highly recommended to contact Safari with us for your trip.

Quality 3 night safari tour
From the moment I contacted safari with us to the return journey to Johannesburg I cannot fault the level of service and communication provided. They took the effort to find the vibe of accommodation for the price I wanted to pay …. Rissington Inn… PERFECT!! Although we didn’t pay, and nor did we ever expect, but we had private transfers to and from our hotel in Johannesburg and private vehicles for both days of our safari. Our guide Shadrack was personable, polite and informative making our safari experience beyond expectations! I would not hesitate to book with this company…. Thank you from 2 very happy Australians :)
