5 days safari in Kenia: professional, reliable and great value for money
We had an amazing 5-day safari with Safari Line Defender, visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Hell’s Gate from Nairobi.
We chose this agency among several options mainly because of their competitive price, but especially because communication with Rose, the owner, was very easy and quick from the beginning. Rose was always available, helpful and ready to assist us with anything we needed. During the safari, we had a couple of small unexpected changes, but she solved them quickly and efficiently.
We had two guides during the trip: Simon in Masai Mara and Samuel for the rest of the safari. Both were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always available to help. The accommodation and meals were good as described when we booked the safari. The safari jeeps were also very comfortable.
We highly recommend Rose and Safari Line Defender to anyone looking for a safari in Kenya. We even had the chance to meet Rose personally at her office at the end of our tour, and meeting her in person gave us even more confidence in how reliable and trustworthy she is.

After researching and comparing several safari companies, I chose Safari Line Defender Tours, and it was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I made.
As a solo female volunteer, choosing a safari company wasn’t something I took lightly. From my very first message, Rose stood out. She was professional, incredibly responsive, patient with every question I had, and even offered to speak over the phone something no other company had done. That simple gesture gave me confidence, and from then on, the whole booking process felt effortless. She provided a detailed itinerary, answered every follow-up question, and offered excellent value for money.
Meeting Rose in person was just as reassuring. She and her team welcomed me warmly, made sure I had bottled water for the journey, introduced me to our driver, Shem, and trainee guide, Mike, and ensured I felt safe and well looked after before we even left Nairobi.
The safari itself exceeded every expectation. The vehicle was modern, spotless and comfortable, Shem was an outstanding driver, and we were fortunate enough to see lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and, incredibly, two leopards. Visiting the Maasai village was another unforgettable highlight and made the experience even more meaningful.
If you’re looking for a safari company that combines professionalism, honest communication, genuine hospitality and great value, I couldn’t recommend Safari Line Defender Tours more highly. Thank you to Rose and the entire team for an unforgettable Maasai Mara experience.

Safari Line Defender made my trip fluid and convenient
Safari Line Defender communicated their services really well and transparently. In addition, they were in constant communication with me throughout my trip which made me feel at ease, since I was traveling alone. The operator went above and beyond by greeting me at the hotel and briefing me about the itinerary for the safari trip. Highly recommend.

Exceptional tour and guide
Overall a great trip thru Kenya with our tour guide, Andrew. He was engaging and informative and worked extremely hard to get us in position to see all the animals. The only negative was the vehicle we were in had several minor issues (door locks not working, window slides broken, and pop top was getting worn out and rusted) but this wasn’t Andrew’s fault and we didn’t let it distract the real reason we were there - to see animals, and we seen a bunch. Everyday was a new adventure. If you want to see the best of Kenya, ask for Andrew. You won’t be disappointed.

Great experience in Masai Mara

Samuel was amazing, attention to detail and ensure a seem less experience.
Our tour was a two night stay and from the flight arrangements to the Safari itself it was seem less. Samuel was easy to plan with and looked fo ways to accommodate our needs and be able to view all safari animals safely. For the planning Rose was on point, excellent communication and availability to listed and plan our trip with our needs.

Rose was outstanding. Great recommendations, super attentive and responsive to emails and messages. Rose was on top of everything and ensured our trip was delightful and properly planned from Pick up at the Airport to Drop off. Everything was perfect.
