Dear Susan & members,

I felt very sorry when I saw this review.... Susan she is my sweetheart, we had a great conversation before and after meeting at airport she was even more happy.

Am so sorry for all inconveniences, I really apologize for any fault in my side....as a human being errors sometimes happen....this is my first time to fall in bad review after a long period of running tour company.

As I stated before I AM VERY SORRY to my valuable customer. here we believe customer is a king, never a mistake from customer because he/she is the one whose pay money.

At first am sure Susan enjoyed the part of the trip so its not the whole trip had a problem.

she landed at Kilimanjaro, as a special care I went alone to pick her drive to moshi kwh, she told me she had a long plane and terrible, so I recommended her to just rest and sleep for the day, we agreed together and at the end when I was leaving she asked me if we could chart on WhatsApp for any activities addon as she has a two free days in Moshi before the safari, I replied of course yes.

later evening she ping me and we started charting about the possible activities, I recommend marangu cultural tour, we agreed 175$ and conclude meeting next day morning.

As a special care I drove her myself to marangu.

we had all activities with our joke were went to "a life time experience if you don't do it today then never" we agreed to go down to waterfall, with a special care of professional Kilimanjaro guide as we detected already she were old and I wanted to make her dream come true, as I wanted her to see the waterfall because its a life time experience.

we finally arrive to waterfall and she took some pictures..... unfortunately the rain started while we where down.

it was a bit difficult but because we were with Kilimanjaro pro guide he assisted her to the top, it was already evening and I drove her back to the hotel, she where wet and vomiting I bought her two pieces of khanga and she told me several times that the problem wasn't the activities but he felt that way since in the plane....she said she want to rest we could chart later.

I texted later and she told me she was a bit fine and she said she wanted to rest the full day next day it was sunday.

the safari program were supposed to start on the Monday, I asked her if she is capable she replied yes.

next morning I went as aq special care took her from the hotel to where she could change money and buy sim card.

we started our program as it was supposed to start with masai activities at west Kilimanjaro, we arrived and she was so excited she liked the lodge and activities, I dropped her there and agreed the next morning to tarangire, but later evening she texted me and request one more night at masai lodge, because I understand customer travel for happiness not just a program as planned, I accepted the request and the whole trip of 9 days was changed because she was joining the group, so the group left and I had to find another group and change the accommodations in last minutes, I managed to change and find a different group, but unfortunately the original lodges had no availability so we changed to different one.

unfortunately at the morning she late wakeup and the second group left too, I manage to get a different group in my friends company and she jumped inn and where the complain started.

I NEVER HAD A BAD REVIEW

I am really sorry, if its possible to kneel down I could for the mistake of accepting her to change the program. my intention was to make her happy that makes me to go out of professionalism. she didn't pay the money till the morning when she started safari to tarangire, am not complaining but I tried to show how I was very interested to make her happy

With regards

Working with Nodven Safari was phenomenal
5/5

Working with Nodven Safari was phenomenal. I had gone through a couple of other agencies prior and shifted to Nodven due to their professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge. Our experience required coordination of transfers which all went perfectly. The safari experience itself was amazing with Patrick. And the camp that they booked us at, Selous Ngalawa Camp, was on point. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Great Value for Money - Highly Recommended!!
5/5

The safari was great, especially the middle day of driving around. We saw tons of animals, including a lion eating a zebra, lots of giraffes and a family of elephants that crossed the road right behind us. The boat safari and the walking safari were also fun, but the middle day was definitely the best. The accommodations were better than we expected and the staff was all very nice and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience for a really good price.
The showers had cold water due to electric problem. Other than that everything was great.

A once in a lifetime experience!
5/5

This trip is at the top of my trips. From beginning to end everything was organized better than my expectations. I felt safe and organized. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. the staff, the hotels, the lodge were clean and cared for all your needs! Best African coffee and the food so wonderfully prepared including the ones for the safari trip!! The safari was amazing and we got to see most big mammals and different animals and birds. Our tour guide was excellent, answered all our questions and drove safely. If I could do this trip again I would choose nodven safaris again. Thank you for this experience, it changed the way I live today, to the better.

A great first time safari in Tanzania
5/5

5 days safari plus 3 days cultural & bike tour in Tanzania with Nodven Safari, what a unforgettable moment. In these days, we saw different kinds of animals in the national parks, and also experienced the local life in Tanzania. All drivers, chef and the staff we met are so kind and really helpful. They are willing to share their experiences to us and always take us good care. Special thanks to my tour operator & friend,'Patrick Tarimo', provides assistance and supports all the time.

It was an absolutely great safari
5/5

I was traveling alone, but they found a small group for me to join. It was very nice and the driver was great and above all very flexible and helpful. We could almost see everything in the park! The selected lodges were very good! I would recommend them anytime.

Very interesting city tour of Dar es Salaam
5/5

We are a swedish couple who 19/7 attended a day-tour of Dar es Salaam. Our guide Patrick is very knowledgable about all things Tanzanian. The tour let us experience the more "common" sights like the Fishmarket and Village-museum but also took us outside of the beaten path to other areas and neighborhoods around town . That gave us a rather unique cultural experience. It was obvious that our guide went to great lengths to make us experience a taste of the "real" Dar es Salaam.
On comparison with other companies this full-day-tour was delivered at a very good price and offered excellent value for money.
All in all we can recommend Nodven Tour with Patrick as a guide as a very entertaingi and enlightening way to spend a day in Dar es Salaam

One of the best experiences I have had, delivered by a professional company
5/5

I have had the utmost pleasure of going on safari twice with Nodven Safaris. The first time was in Mikumi national park. Second time was a two-day trip to Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. The trips have been perfectly planned with very experienced guides, and the communication both prior to and during the excursions have been excellent.
Coming from Denmark I had my worries about pre-paying a percentage of the amount in advance, but my doubts have been put to shame. I have had unforgettable experiences, and I will give my highest recommendations to Nodven Safaris.

Friendly and Knowledgeable
5/5

We were in Tanzania staying at the Harbourview in Dar es Salaam. The front desk connected us with Nodven when we were looking for tours of the area and a possible safari. The next morning we were introduced to Patrick and Gloria, who proved to be wonderful tour guides. Patrick showed us around the Dar area and we were able to take in the beaches, museums, markets and other local points of interests. Patrick also made a point of giving us more of a local experience, eschewing some of the more "touristy" things. Instead we went to the fish market, a local pub, and the market that is used by the Tanzanians rather than the over-priced and kitchy tourist market. That was great! The next day we visited Bagamoyo to learn about the slave trade and see many of the buildings and ruins associated with that time, as well as a local college where students are taught to raise and harvest fish, and build and run fishing boats. Based on these two days we felt comfortable lining up a three day safari for the next week with Nodven.
The safari was to Mikumi National Park. We spent a long day driving around the park with a local tour guide and were so fortunate as to see 4 of the "BIG 5" African animals, as well as many other species. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area, characteristics of the animals, and knew where were the best places to look for them. The next day Patrick drove us to Udzungwa National Park and we did a beautiful hike up Sanje Falls, enjoying a picnic lunch at a lookout over the scenic valley below.
During the time we spent with them, Nodven took care of all our needs, including meals, drinking water, and excellent hotel accommodations while on safari. They were knowledgeable, and did their best to ensure we had a unique and informative time exploring this area of Tanzania.
