Their response was quick, their driver Edwin was so excellent ! with him we managed to see Leopard in Masaimara, especially this being one of the elusive animal to see.

Avoid Buyer beware
Shocking service. Totally disorganised. We booked and paid for a Vic Falls tour. We wanted an early tour but were advised that 9hoo is the earliest time available. The Vic Falls gates opened at 6h00.Our arrangement was to meet at the Rain Forest Parking Area. There was this whole story about sending an image of our vehicle number plate so the guide could identify us. We parked in the front row. Couldn't miss us. The guide alleges that he went to our hotel to fetch us with a taxi. The hotel staff were well advised of our plan for the day. No answer on the RSA number from 9h00. 9h30 we joined the entry queue and at 10h00 when no one had appeared we went on our own. There was a half hearted Whatsapp message at 9h39 from a random 'Hi'. No name. No indication the company. No hey ladies I am looking for you. My advice is to park and pick anyone of the local guides desperate for work outside the falls entrance. It's cheaper and you are supporting an individual not a company.
