Everything was perfect!
It was my first time in Africa (Kenya) and Levis Omondi found a very good tour for the tight budget, which I could allow myself. I had a perfect driver guide (Anthony), who showed me much more than the big five! He allways gave me good advices (to go to a Maasei-village for example) and answerd all the questions I had. The best place I stayed overnight, was at Enchoro Mara Camp. The safari was an absolut great experience!!!

Amboseli Safari
It was a nice tour. We had a good guide/driver. We could see a lot of animals including lions.
The logde was good with perfect view to the Kilimanjaro

An excellent experience!
Just wanted to say that Hallmark Travel Planners were wonderful to work with. I took a group of 10 people on Safari the first of March 2014. The drivers that took care of us were top notch from start to finish! The lodge that Levis recommended for us was the perfect place to end our trip!
Levis was also extremely helpful in the planning phase of this trip. I would say that everything lived up to or exceeded our expectations! I will say this, the roads into the Masai Mara are a jostling experience, I would recommend flying in to whatever gaming lodge you are staying at (if that is an option). I have never experienced roads quite like that in all my travels, rough is an understatement. But our drivers were great to take us the best way possible! Thank you for that. All in all, an excellent company and experience all around.

Was all good with the company, the service, the transport, the hotels, acommodation, food, the game drives, good communication, 100 % safety and that is the most important, for the next time for sure I will be do the safari with yours, thank you very much for the service, me and my wife enjoied full the Safari and the Africa experiences and the Wildlife...

Good reliable service
I had limited time available at the end of a business trip to Kenya, and enquired about my specific requirements from several tour operators.
Hallmark replied promptly, with a reasonable quote, then again responded quickly to a couple of additional queries.
The day before my 3-night stay at Masai Mara, I did have to telephone, to check that everything was arranged for pick-up the next morning. (A courtesy call to my hotel would've been appreciated.)
That aside, all other arrangements worked very well, with the same driver picking me up from Wilson Airport, taking me to hotel to collect large suitcase, then to international airport for departure - at no additional charge.

Absolutely fantastic experience for the whole family, grandparents and children included.
We had an amazing 5 day safari coordinated by Hallmark Travel Planners. We had a fabulous guide/driver who took care of us the whole trip taking us from one amazing hotel to the next and who was also as eager to see the animals on the game drives as we were. He was very knowledgable about the animals and the game parks and had great suggestions on how best to fill our day. From booking the trip to actually taking the trip, Hallmark Travel Planners did a fantastic job and we are happy to highly recommend them.

amazing experience
On our very first visit to Kenya we experienced an amazing safari. Our driver Anthony was knowledgeable , timely, accomadating and very congenial. We could refer to him as Simba because of all the lions,lionesses and cubs he found. Our accomadations and meals offered were beautifully presented and delicious, everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you and would highly recommend this service to all . We had 2 grandsons with us 12 and 8 in our small family group. It was wonderful!!!

3 night 4 day safariin the Masi Mara.
My first safari and I was delighted. Communication from the very beginning of planning to final drop off at the Nairobi Airport was excellent. Our driver and guide, Anthony was delightful and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating to myself and my travel companion, both female over 60. If I were to return I would definitely book with Hallmark Travel Planners.
