Memorable and awesome
From the airport pickup to the drop offs, our trip to Dubai was great. We had a great time and the service providers were so nice to us.

They are terrible. Very poor customer service.
They promise a lot but deliver nothing. What was meant to be a guide was just a rude semi illiterate driver who had no clue about what a guides role is, never mind that we had been promised that we would have the services of an 'experienced tour guide'. Poor customer experience. You do not get value for money. They are big on brand, but zero content.

My Memorable Mara Experience
This was our first visit to the Mara with my adult children. Our able agent Kibe booked our party of four into the executive top glass cottages at the Jambo Mara Safari Lodge as per my request, and organized for a birthday suprise for one of us upon arrival to the rooms.
Our designated driver/guide Tony was friendly and pleasant throughout the trip, giving running commentaries enroute about landmarks and ensured that we got to see as much of the wildlife in the park while on the game drive.
All in all, it was lovely and memorable experience, even though we missed out on the wildebeest migration.
Efficient and friendly
The booking process was easy we used a great lady by the name Robi, and our reservation were sent on time. She was reachable by phone and tracked our arrival day and departure day. One of the hotels was not aware of our arrival day but a call to Robi and it was immediately sorted.

The best decision I made.
I did not go wrong in trusting Bonfire to plan for my holiday at the coast. I had already selected another destination personally but I was not sure of my choice and so I involved bonfire to make another booking to complete the number of days I wanted for the holiday. Comparing the two choices, bonfire's was far much better coz they were able to advise me on the best hotel given that I was travelling with my elderly mum. They chose a quiet serene place for me and the rates were very competitive. They also requested for an upgrade to a sea-view room and we got a good room given that the hotel was not fully booked. Thanks Dennis Kibe for your advice and patience.

Over the moon experience
The experience was amazing, we were assisted by a good man called kevin at bonfire and he helped us plan everything from beginning to end and we had a blast.

Brilliant, all of what I was expecting from a Safari.
The safari tour in the Masai maara was amazing. Evans (our guide) was smilly, very helpful, a safe driver and with good energy. Thanks to him, we saw most animals (lions, cheethas, rhino, hippos, crocodile, giraffe, elephants, impala, buffalos, zebras, antilopes etc) except leopards.
Regarding the living at Jambo Maara, The restaurant waiters are very nice but the other employees were not welcoming and seemed to be suscipious about us.
The communication via 'whatsapp to book the safari with Bonfire was not smooth. I could not get all the pieces of information I was requesting, so I had to wait to land in Nairobi to go to their office and get all the details I needed. Once at the office, everything was easier.
