Masai Mara game drives..
We had an excellent trip with Bonfire Adventures 3 days/2 nights to Emayian Luxury Camp in Masai Mara..
What an experience 😁 Were handed over to a Masai group, welcoming us with song and in their traditional costume... Sleeping in a tent on poles (without aircondition/tv/refrigerator/telephone line) 😱🙈😉 but having our own Jazucci on the decking 😇 Luxery all the way through on camp aswell on our game drives with John. Who really knew everything about Masai Mara.. Never missed any of our question, took us out to see things we didn't know about.. No shortcuts just pouring his heart out with all his knowledge.. ❤️ Even Daisy asked: we were satisfied with what we got and what she also were told, when we met up in Nairobi after the safari trip.. Never a boring moment, althrough our remaining vacation in Diani Reef, Mombasa.. ✨️5 BIG STARS from Danes visiting Kenya for our first, but not the last trip with Bonfire Adventures
Patrick was very very good. Made us feel very much at home and taught us along about the wild and .
Tour excellent, the service excellent, value for money excellent.
The tour was very nice we wished we had an extra day.

He was a great operator, when above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed. 100% recommend Brian Ondigo.
Bonfire adventures delivered an amazing planning for both hospitality and the tour itself. I had an amazing time.

Eunice Odhiambo was veeeeeeeeeery kind! and very professional!
Honest opinion.....I stayed at Taita Hills, the hotel is located at a very good place, great views and it's beautiful and relaxing, the hotel staff were also very kind and very friendly, especially at the pool, the dining area, the drivers and the chefs. However my biggest disappointment was they don't offer full day drives for the safaris. Only 2hrs in the evening and 2hrs in the morning. For me it was a huge disappointment since I'd been in Maasai mara where there's like 3/ 2 hrs the evening before and a full day drive the next day which was totally worth it. You get more time to explore and enjoy seeing the animals which was my main aim....while in Tsavo the whole experience was dawned down to just the hotel experience. Not really what I wanted. But for those that enjoy peace and quiet and plenty of rest , Tsavo is good for you.

Good
Service was a joke, I paid in June for me to be placed in different seats with my son and to also be next to the toilet. Aren’t those seats given to people who come last minute? The wine tour was just us sitting in an open place no tour was given at all which is unacceptable. Also we went to a different orchard than what was advertised. Next time do better.

BAD TOUR GUIDE/DRIVER
Now our trip was good in terms of hotel and staff at mara olodare but now the only issue I had was with the tour guide/driver-stephene. He wasn't so accommodating at all. From the beginning when my child fell from the vehicle I wasn't happy he ignored the situation and went ahead to brief others when am not there then he left. I think he should learn how to handle people with children especially small kids because he wasnt pleasant at the time. It's good to check your guests and their needs before all else. Then that evening on check in day he took us for a game drive very angrily he even opened the roof bar at us to be rained on with kids in the car. I complained I wasn't briefed about the time to go to the gamedrive but he got angry and treated us badly in that game drive. He insisted he told me time but I told him while briefing I was attending to my wounded child so I dint hear.instrad of being calm and accepting his mistake he became the victim. He came and hurried me from the room to go for the game drive I asked him why are you hurrying me yet you dint tell me about time and I have a small kid so you know it's not easy. And his driving to the hotel was terrible as well.He was too fast and careless.I wasnt happy with him. Just tell him to learn how to deal with different guests. We all paid alot of money for the trip and we deserved proper care. Yesterday at least he brought us back home very smoothly so I don't know what was the problem on the first day. I got so emotional that first day it wasn't good at all.please train him on how to handle people because we all need each other in life.
Anyways all else was good thank you for your service.

Excellent
Steve/William was very helpful and friendly and efficient. The trip was value for money we enjoyed ourselves save for the too much spiced Chicken Biryani we ate in Air Arabia flight. Kindly please I wish we could be given an option of what we can eat next time. This is my second time travelling with Bonfire Adventures and I must say they have improved a lot. Looking forward for more...and I will for sure share word round about Bonfire Adventures..
