A LIFETIME MARRIAGE PROPOSAL EXPERIENCE
The weekend was fantastic and fun. A lifetime experience worth to remember.
Ndege was our travel agent who was very professional and helped us with planning for the exciting destination.
We really enjoyed our stay-cation, the proposal surprise was unforgettably awesome, beautiful flower arrangements, candle lit dinner, tasty meals, friendly staff, ambient rooms; everything at was on point. And definitely she said a big yes.
It was a pleasure and hope to share more life memories through Bonfire Adventures.

Extremely poor coordination
i booked a safari from Bonfire on 8th September, guide and safari van was ok. the coordination and communication from my agent innocent was pathetic. She was not reachable two days before the safari. Driver and vehicle details were not shared until i made 20 calls to various numbers. finally number was shared on saturday 19.00 hrs for sunday morning safari and to my surprise, the mentioned driver never came instead send some other driver.
this is pathetic and frustrating for the monies paid. i will recommend not to choose bonfire because of very poor customer service.

We went to Maiyan in August as suggested by our travel agent from Bonfire, Grace. She was absolutely amazing in the way she communicated the full travel plan. The place was beautiful as promised and we had an amazing girls trip! Looking forward to our next trip with Bonfire!

The communication was done really well it was well cooperated the services given to us were good as well all the facilities were amazing! Keekorok Lodge was a beautiful place was an amazing experience. The tour was great and we were guided by Marcos. Due to his good experience he took good care of me and my family and he did a great job!

Amazing and Hustlefree Experience.
Anyone who's planned a group getaway before can attest to how stressful it can get.
I'm so grateful that Agent Violah stepped in and took the weight off my shoulders, so that I could also get into the holiday Mood.
We were a group of 6 ladies heading to Watamu and she ensured that we experienced a smooth transition, despite this crazy covid times.
Our driver Patrick was also efficient and very cautious on the road.
Thank you for helping me execute the best getaway for my team.

Fulfilling and professionally handled
The staff were helpful from bookings done by Violah who guided us on a hotel at the Mara and provided a guide (Reuben). Reuben went above and beyond and ensured that we got to see the big 5, apart from the Leopard who totally refused to be seen. We were the ones getting tired but not him.
Keekorok Lodge is a good hotel but could use a bit of sprucing up especially the rooms. The menu could also use some improvement to make it child friendly. They could also work to accommodate those with intolerance for regular cows milk by including lactose free milk or almond milk.

We booked a 3 days trip to Masai Mara. The communication before was very good. Thank you Esther. Reply on questions was fast and before leaving it was clear what we needed to take with us (US dollars for entrance, some extra money,...).
We got a very good guide,(thank you Ken) who had a lot of experience. It really was an adventure. It was also very nice to see how all the guides work as a team, younger less experienced guides were advised so all the groups got a nice safari.
Also the lounge was a nice place (Olmaran) with friendly personal.
