Excellent customer service
Amazing experience. The tour guides went out of their way to make the my safari memorable with up close and personal encounters with wildlife and were knowledgeable in understanding the land and behaviors of animals. I cant recommend this tour company enough.

A dream
It was a dream. The lodge is quiet , in the middle of the bush , and from the Lapa during lunch or dinner you can spot elephants, hyenas antelopes.
the staff are friendly and efficient, and the guides are fantastic. the Morning walk was a beautiful and instructive experience.

Makes the safari fit your individual scedule: Short or long. Rough or comfy.
For a short safari (3-4 days) the living quarters is not important as we spent most time out in the bush. We never used the pool or the bar as we went out early and came back late.
Professional, helpfull and knowlegeable staff.
We picked Viva Safaris because they collect at most hotels in Joburg. - Not just from the airport.

They are very dedicated and provide an excellent service and bring unforgettable memories.
We had amazing time on our trip! Everything was perfect - the lodge, the food (hats off to the head chef) and of course all the game drives!
The only thing we wish was to have a bit more time in the Blyde River Canyon. Our driver gave us only 20 minutes to admire the magnificent view.

Everything we wanted
We were really happy with all the services provided by Viva Safaris and the whole team were great - from being picked up in Johannesburg, being met at Tremisana and experiencing our first safari - everything was perfect and well organised. The team are friendly and knowledgeable and really made our experience special.

Amazing organization and absolute availability

Overwhelmingly courteous, polite, and accommodating. A pleasure to stay with.
From the moment we were picked up at the hotel by the shuttle, all of the staff had been extremely polite, and courteous with regards to our travel arrangements, making sure we were able to maximize every minute of the tours, and entertaining at every meal. Guides were very informative, a pleasure to converse with, and very knowledgeable with regards to the animals and their environment. (Victor is AWESOME!!) We always felt safe while viewing the wildlife and traveling to and from Kruger National Park. Accommodations were pleasant, and clean. And we were constantly on the lookout for interesting and curious animals during our meals. We look forward to coming back to Viva Safaris again!!!

Fantastic
Patricia, I wanted to touch base with you on my 4 day Safari. I felt the Viva Safari was fantastic, I was extremely pleased with how efficient and well planned the trip was operated. I was comfortable with my transportation from start to finish. The housing was great, including the meals and the staff was exceptional. The games drives were more than could be expected, I was excited on every trip out, the trackers were very informative and fun and safe. The game drives were just awesome we saw all Big 5 and then some.
In short I could not be more pleased with how this trip was operated. I will be booking again with you in the future and have already made some recommendations to friends who were interested.

Everything was great and even better than expected
