Flexible
Sufiane was timely and flexible as we did the safari with our 3 year old and 1 year old child. He communicated well and was knowledgeable about the animals. Great! value! My only suggestion for improvement is for him to stay longer at some notable sitings, such as more rare animals (rhino) or large groups of animals (like a herd of elephants).

An outstanding human being with an incredible knowledge base, and charming personality.
We had a wonderful time and were treated to the up close viewing of so many magnificent animals. Other than having to push out from the mud trying to bypass a water filled roadway filled speckled with potholes, the trip was a flawless day. Thx again Taufique. You are an incredible host.

This is nature
I enjoyed 1 day private game drive. It was rather reasonable: $385 each including breakfast and lunch.
Unfortunately, we could see only buffalo among BIG5 from the distance. We could also come across zebra, impala, baboon, giraffe, hippo and crocodile. They said lions and elephants are sermon the day and the day before. Our guide drive said this is nature, animals are not always appear.

Punctual
We booked a 2-day excursion to Akagera parc for a group of 6 collegues. The booking and information part was very clear and smooth and mailings were answered immediately! We were picked up by our driver Tawfik at our hotel in Kigali and than the adventure could begin! We had a very nice 2 day safari including a sunset boat safari which I would highly recommend! We stayed at Ruzizi tented lodge in the Akagera parc, this is heaven!!! Tawfik was entertaining and careful and was at our service till the last moment. This trip was excellent value for money! Do no longer hesitate . Golden rwanda safaris will make you happy!

Meets the appointments and expectations.
Golden Rwanda Safaris communicated clearly and reacted swiftly. Jean Claude picked us up in time and was an enthusiastic driver. He keeps good contact with other drivers to see if there is something special to be seen. We went to Akagera and the only downside is that I would have love to have taken some more time as it felt a bit rushed.
The park is beautiful and we saw some fair amount of game. It might not be spectacular but it is surely a park worth the visit. Bird life is fantastic!
All in all I would recommend Golden Rwanda Safaris and Jean Claude.

The guide was very kind and helpful and we drove a long time so that I could see different animals.
