Excellent operator and very accommodating
We are a family of 4 and booked our safari with amazing memories. Everything from the hotel bookings to the safari was great. James was our driver, he was friendly and knowledgeable and made our safari a memorable experience. I would highly recommend Amazing Memories.

It was easy to book our safari .
We stayed in Sarova lodge and Sarova Mara Camp. The staff in both were very welcoming and chef cooked food to accommodate our diet. We had good entertainment in the evening .
The best part of the Safari was our guide , Joseph, who was very informative and patient and helpful .

Amazing Memories takes excellent care of me for my entire visit
I have traveled with Amazing Memories Safaris for my past six trips. That says a LOT right there. Anne and Joseph continue to provide me with fantastic care and guidance. For each trip, from my initial contact with Anne to let her know when I’m planning to come and where I’d like to stay, it is just so easy. Communication is always fast and all my questions are always answered. And yes, even though this was my twelfth trip, there are always questions. This year’s change was requiring the ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization), similar but different to a visa.
Luckily this year, my flight arrived on time. Anne arranged for an airport assist service which meets you as you arrive off the plane. Then they assist getting you through immigration, finding your bag on the carousel and communicating with your driver to pick you up. It is a big help after 18 hours of flight time and a back and knee that were less than cooperative. Anne and several of her staff greeted me with smiling faces after the long trip. I knew I was in good hands!
As a solo traveler, I especially appreciate that everything is taken care of for me and I don’t have to worry about a thing. Every lodging that I stayed at was aware of my dietary preferences and allergies and they knew I preferred having my room near the main area. All my internal flights were arranged for me and monitored for timing.
As a special surprise, at my last camp, I was told Anne had arranged for a relaxing massage for me. You can’t help but relax with a massage, listening to the birds and the sounds of nature. On my last day back in Nairobi, Anne and my trusty driver Joseph 2014 who navigates me through the crazy Nairobi traffic had lunch together at my day hotel. Anne always wants to know how everything on the trip went. My only disappointment for this trip was that I missed seeing Anne’s husband Joseph’s smiling face as he was away. You know what that means? I have to come back!

Professional and good service
Going on a safari in Kenya during the off-season is also an excellent choice. There are fewer people and vehicles, and the prices are more advantageous. The experience is truly great. The green backdrop makes for some amazing photos. Hotels can also provide better service to customers. Since the impact on the animals is minimal, it's easier to observe their natural behaviors. Of course, the local travel agencies are also very good, and I highly recommend it.

Amazing service!
We had such a great time on our safari! Moses, our guide, was absolutely amazing — very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He explained everything so clearly and made the whole experience fun and engaging. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt completely safe and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

The tour was incredible, our guide was amazing and he was filled with knowledge about the animals.
We loved the tour. It was amazing. Our guide took us to many incredible places. We saw the big five and many more animals. You should definitely go with Amazing memories. The price was also very very affordable. I am definitely going again.

Today we finished our 10 days amazing Kenya tour with Amazing Memories Safaris. I have to say that all the experience and activities were so wonderful. We communicated with Titus for the itinerary planning and accommodation arrangements. He was very helpful and gave us clear instructions. Our driver and guide Peter, who was not talkative but knowledgeable and told us so much information about animals and local culture. We are two families with 3 children. They all had great time during safari. We felt safe and comfortable too. We enjoyed the beauty of nature at National parks and relaxing time at Mount Kenya.
Kenya is a beautiful country with friendly people here. We hope we will visit again.

Fantastic experience, my family and I really enjoyed
We had a fantastic experience using Amazing Memories Safaris. First of all, we really valued having such an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic guide as Jo. We had come recommended by a friend and he didn't disappoint, always wanting to explore things in detail and get us as close to the animals as possible. The accommodation was that was provided was excellent, we stayed in two different places, Zebra camp and Basecamp but both we excellent, providing comfortable rooms, good food and providing excellent customer service. The vehicle itself was comfortable and provided ample sample for all of us. The most memorable part of the trip was having a sundowners on the final evening and being in close vicinity to a Lion. After finishing our drinks and snacks we went closer to investigate and got some fantastic pictures of the male lion with nobody else about. Overall a very memorable experience.

Incredible Safari With James!
We had an awesome time going on safari in Kenya! James is an amazing tour guide! We are so glad and grateful that James was our guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the animals, where to see them as well as the roads. James made it a point to find amazing wildlife for us to ethically view. It was clear that he cared about us having a great experience. He is kind, polite and always made us feel comfortable. He kept the truck stocked with water and made sure the truck was always clean for us. James knows all the best spots on safari and we highly recommend him! We chose Amazing Bookings because they answered our questions clearly, quickly and were helpful with what we wanted for our safari. Highly recommend!
