I was very impressed with their service, their pricing and the professionalism of their employees.
Been on couple safaris before, in Kenya & Botswana, and in the US. My experience with Helinas Safaris was absolutely the best I've ever had. And you can be sure I'm keeping them for all my future Africa tours.
Every one at Helinas has some kind of magic at what they do, it started from that first inquiry telephone call I made (I was just shopping around for service and ended up closing a deal). The consultant was a master at her art, she had all the info at hand like she knew what I was going to ask next. Her adeptness and swift in her prowess instantly won me over. I had no doubts going forth with them. Barely minutes after that call I got an email with my itinerary, precise as we'd talked over the phone; a 10 day family escape to Amboseli and Samburu. Three weeks later we were in Nairobi and and quite excited to be back a second time in barely two years.
Our tour driver was another charming fella. Very skilled in both city and countryside driving, he knew how to do his math right and get us to our stop overs at the right times. He literally cut away what would otherwise be the boring part of the journey. We got to go to couple curio shops, the market and two hotels on our way, his eloquence was quite handy in negotiating prices with the locals.He was quite knowledgeable too and all the way he was narrating interesting stuff about the places, people and life in general. He had a charisma and the kids enjoyed listening to him. We enjoyed every bit of the journey.
At Amboseli our lodge and the service there was exceptional. Same with Samburu. Everything went exceptionally well, our reservations were perfect. Kenya is a beautiful land, the people are nice and our tour with Helinas Safaris only crowned this goodness.
I probably should've started with their pricing. Their rates are quite reasonable,not cheap (their services are not cheap anyways) but they are not exorbitant. You will get value for your money. And at no point we had any worries or regrets hiring their services. Thank you Helinas Safaris.

Wow!! Experience World Class Service with Helinas!
They lived up-to expectation and beyond. Had a most fabulous experience. From the handling of my Itinerary, my bookings, transfers, the holiday itself, it was stress-free. I'm a regular traveller on business and holiday and this time round I chose Helinas for my long overdue local holiday......to Samburu Shaba. The staff handled my family's itinerary with expertise and a great deal of professionalism. The drive was very pleasant and comfortable. The driver....soo tolerant of the little rascal; very knowledgeable as well......didn't think I would know so much more of my country's heritage...a true bonus! Helinas has surely become my lifetime partner.

Helinas Safari stands out. Even before the trip started, an in-depth schedule containing a well-described list of all the activities and attractions was provided as well as a price list, which was very beneficial. From day one onwards, the responsible and well-informed driver picked us up on time and assisted us throughout the day with the activities that were planned for each day. Both in Nairobi as well as in Mombasa, the drivers had an exceptional knowledge of the area and consistently answered our questions in full detail. Moreover, their recommendations of restaurants in both cities were outstanding. If you book through Helinas, you won’t be disappointed, their great staff will book your trip in detail and will confidently cover all your points of interest. I can’t wait for my next trip to Africa and will definitely book my trip with Helinas Safari once again.

Prior planning assistance provided and all questions answered clearly by the travel assistant. Communication open and interactive before, within and after the safari expedition. They provided exceptional assistance in ensuring my family was comfortable as it was our first time visiting the establishment& sites.

It was really amaizing i have found the best place for holidays it was the best ever.
Our safari at the Massai mara was the best we have ever had. The animal jungle was simply amazing and second to none. The safari was for four days, with the assistance of our driver guide John who was well versed with the parks diversity, knowledgeable, and a perfect problem solver. The office even offered to compensate us when the vehicle got stuck for about an hour, by a surprise gift bag before we departed back to our country. Despite the minor trouble the trip was amaizing.

Investment and great travel value at Helinas Safaris
My family and I recently came back from a trip to Malindi, Kenya. From the moment we spoke to our preferred safaris provider (Helinas Safaris Ltd), we knew we were in the hands of professionals.
