Professional, highly commited, friendly oriented
Fully met my expectations. Flexible during planning visit. And James (our guide) was excellent - told us a lot about Africa, Tazania, animals life and habits. Protected us during visit. Amazing impressions. Thank you!

The best experience!
We booked a short trip in July. These guys are the best! They packed in the best tour in those days and we saw some amazing sights and animals! We even had some last minute changes to our travel plans, and they accommodated us way above and beyond our expectations. You want a driver who is fun to hang with as you’re in the rig with them all day, and you will not be disappointed with this company! When I go back it will be with Tanzania roadside expeditions for sure. They have a number of locations and tours and I’m excited to see some more!

better than our expectation
I always was wondering about Safari. I found an opportunity to meet Paul who is owner of safari tour. He suggested me to see ngorongoro and trangeri national parks. He did not recommend me to see serengeti since I had limited time. I was lucky because I saw hunting between lion and gnu in trangeri. That's way I do not regret to go to Serengeti. As I know, a person sees hunting during his life just one time. It was life time experience. Paul met me with his driver whose name is Alfa Mniko. He is great man. In safari, if you want to enjoy, it depends on driver because you are always with driver. His ability is so important to tell you about safari and animals. I spend three nights with Alfa by staying in lodges. I enjoyed too much. I suggest everyone to meet with Paul and Alfa.

Huge Deliviery from a Small Operator
The communication regarding arrangements was very good. Everything that we asked was adequately answered and more. All questions were promptly answered and always with a kind gesture. Paul, the tour operator, 'tailor-made' our tour to fit our bucket list.
Although we never got to see the river crossing due to the late rain, our guide, James, made sure that we saw the migration. We appreciate his trouble for doing this! James was very knowledgeable and keenly answered all our questions. He adhered to our requests and ensured that we saw a lot of game. From start to finish, James went out of his way to help us and make sure that our Tanzanian experience was up to expectations, this included taking us to 'shop' before and after the safari.
Our chef, Osmani, is fit to cook for a king. His food and hospitality is hard to match. We are still wondering how he managed to make so many delicious dishes, including the packed lunches, with such limited resources.
Compared to other operators that we saw at campsites, our camping equipment was much better and more spacious.
The overall service and experience was fantastic. All three gentlemen that we dealt with: Paul, James and Osmani treated us like royalty. We appreciate their hospitality and strong recommend Tanzania Roadside Expeditions.

Fantastic experience in Tanzania!
This company came to my rescue when another one cancelled my safari last minute. Paul Justine was very accommodating, and resourceful in organizing the safari tour in a couple of days! Communication was very clear and timely. Before and after, we were able to ask and get recommendations for other places to visit in Arusha. During the tour, our guide Julius was great! He knew the best spots to find all the animals we wanted to see. He was very respectful and friendly. We really loved our tour. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a very professional company that gives a personalized service.

3-days-Safari in Tansania
We went to Lake Manyara / Ngorongoro Crater / Tarangine NPs and we were really overpowered of the nature and the animals. The tour was well organised of Tanzania Roadside Expeditions and also the Lodge (Olea Africana Lodge), food and transport was very good. We felt comfortable and welcome at every time. Our guide Jackson was a very good guide and always tried to give us the best spot and location to let us have a wonderful safari. We would definitly book it again :)
One note: Maybe we would not go to Lake Manyara because the other two NP were defnitly more exciting due to the amount of animals and the nature.

Young company that truly cares about providing a good experience
The young men that own this company work hard to treat clients to the very best experience available in Tanzania! Personal care, gracious accomodations, at the best price they can offer. We felt special and glad we were able to book with them.

Time ran too fast during this perfect organized safari. Highly recommended!
We (my friend and me) booked our one day Ngorongoro tour in Pauls office. He welcomed us and immediately we felt comfortable. Paul offered us different possibilities of safaris, but because of our lack of time we decided to have that one day safari to the Ngorongoro crater. During our communication there were no false promises of being sure to see the "big five" but the promise, that we will get a well educated and professonal guide. The next day our guide and driver Hezekiel picked us up from our hotel in Arusha and we went to Ngorongoro by our 4w rover. - A great car! I love it!!! On the way there we got many information and Hezekiel tried to answer all our quwstions patiently - and we had a lot of questions! Then we entered the National park, where we were already expected by 2 buffalos! A great starter! After a few 100 meters a huge giraffe stood on our way. Hezekiel said, that we had been really lucky and it would definitely be our day. :-) Going down into the crater and in the crater itself Hezekiel drove our car safely and professional! No rock, no stone, no pond or small river caused a problem for him. Hezekiel always asked us, what we would like to prefer, if we would like to have a break, or continue, stop here and there, if we finished taking pictures etc. He was very kind, friendly and always polite. Our car had a roof, that could be lifted, so that you can stand in the car all the time an look around all the plain in the crater. Amazing!! We saw huge herds of gnus, zebras, different gazells, buffalos, from time to time schakals and hyanes, a group of lions, crown cranes, ibises, flamingos, many hippopotamuses and when we left the park some elephants in the bushes and a group of baboons. As I wrote above, the time ran much too fast. We even didn't recognize, that we were a bit hungry. We had our picnic at a pond with hippos and cheeky birds. We were asked to stay in our car, because the birds are really bad here. They aren't afraid of men and would try to steal our meal right out of our hands. All in all a great safari, with a nice guide and breathtaking landscape. - On our way out of the National park and to Arusha we stopped at Grzimek's memorial, at a visitors' view point into the crater (there was a cute dikdik just 2m in front of us down in the bushes!) and at a view point into the Rift Valley. Phantastic!
