Generally is good.
Jack is excellent driving, warm service, enthusiastic hunting and serious looking for animals, let us experience the fun of safari but the quality of accommodation is different, there is insufficient water for showering for several nights, and there is no hot water.

The safari tour was a great experience!
The safari tour with Axis was a fantastic experience. We were on the road for five days and booked the safari directly in Nairobi, where Cynthia gave us excellent advice. The pickup from our hotel worked perfectly and was very punctual.
We booked a mix of mid-range and budget accommodations. The mid-range hotel, "Jambo Lodge," was really nice, clean, and had good food and friendly staff. However, the boxed lunch for the trip was pretty meager.
The two budget hotels in Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha, however, were unfortunately very budget-friendly (extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep). The food wasn't good either; there wasn't much choice, especially for vegetarians, except for some rice or mashed potatoes, and both hotels only served extremely heavy meals like meat in sauce, rice, etc.). So, it's worth paying a little more and booking the mid-range accommodations.
Our driver, Lawrence, was great. He was always punctual, patient, and you could tell he had a lot of experience and knew where the animals were. He was also able to give us a lot of fascinating information about the animals and the surrounding area.
We always left quite early in the morning (around 6:30 a.m.) and then had lunch between 1 and 2 p.m. About seven hours without food is a bit long, so the whole group kept refueling with snacks they had bought themselves. This is definitely something that could be improved.
Overall, however, we were very satisfied with the tour and the organization. Thank you very much!

Reliable and helpful person, he drives well and we manage to arrive place on time.
In general the trip is good. We see many animals and went to the three parks that we booked. Hotel rooms are all booked correctly, there is no bad situation happen to us.
The only thing might be a bit annoying is, as we are a small group, we swapped the travelling buddies twice and due to that, I feel we might waste some time on the way. It is understandable that other companies do this as well. It is just a matter of expectations.
James is our guide, he is a good one, we followed the schedule mostly on time and we saw a lot of animals.
We did not manage to go Masai village or Naivasha lake, as we have tight schedule on the travelling.
Thanks a lot to Axis Africa for the amazing trip. Really appreciate it.

Geeman was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the animals are and when to see them
The tour guide was great and very well organised. Geeman was very good and knew a lot about the animals and the park. The accomodation requires a better description online for new customers trying to book. Pictures of the tents would be better so they get an idea of what to expect.

Absolutely amazing!
The safari was amazing! And I met a lot amazing new friends. The tour guide was so amazing! Caleb was such an amazing tour guide, good sense of humour! You'll never be bored when he's around! I would recommend him all the way!
However, the camp had some little issues, the WiFi was too weak and the shower water had a funny smell. But all in all the safari was brilliant, will do it again if I get the chance! And thank you again Caleb!

Awesome
Whole safari tour was amazing
And Caleb was so profeesional and humorous
He's so good at spotting animals
So we could se so many animals such as lions, lion cub, chittas, and so on
But the camp wasn't that good
Cuz the wifi doesn't work
And The water smells bad
So i would recommend the lodge than the camp

Great experience
Everything was properly organised!
The safari was amazing, we were able to see up close all the species multiple times. Food and accommodation were as well amazing. All food and water was included and it was more than enough.

Reliable partner who organized a trip to a great park
First of all, the Masai Mara National Park is worth the trip, and we were lucky enough to see many unique animals, even the rare leopards. The tour was well organized, the food at camp was delicious, and the tented accommodations were simple but adequate. Our guide, Roger, is generally rather reserved, but a fantastic driver and explained a lot to us about the animals we saw. We would recommend him!

Wonderful experience with Axis Safari
Very reliable. Monica was in constant touch to answer all queries. Moses was our guide for 2days and he is a rockstar. We could see the big 4s because of him.
Overall amazing experience.
Only recommendation the Land Cruiser condition internally could have been a little better.
