Richard the driver/tour guide was excellent. I did both the Safari to Akagera and the Golden Monkeys Trekking and both tours very complete, enough hours, knowledge and private which andes the sense of personalitation to each tour

Valuable and honest tour agency
Their price is the most reasonable for solo tourist. And all staffs were very kind and nice. It would be good to go with this agency. I have been scammed before with the tour from hotel, so it would be better to compare the price and choose this agency. They offer tour at reasonable price.

I booked the day trip to Volcanoes National Park to see the golden monkeys. My guide, Danny, was right on time in the morning. He was extremely accommodating to me throughout the whole day, ensuring I had everything I wanted. He also is a great conversationalist! The tour itself at the park was well-organized and exactly what is advertised. I'd recommend booking through Hermosa!

Choosing this travel agency was the best decision of my trip. In the email responses before my arrival, they replied very promptly and also actively helped me find solutions to my problems. Everything went very smoothly on the day of the trip. Here I must give a good compliment to my driver, Danny. He is the most warm-hearted and responsible driver I have ever met during many trips.
