Best day tour
5/5

My partner and I had an opportunity to visit Nairobi National park for a day with Tazama Africa holidays since we had a free day in the Nairobi after visiting with relatives over the December holidays and what a better way to end our vacation than to visit the worlds only wildlife capital before our flight back.
Communication with Anthony Gitau the owner of Tazama was fast and clear.
We started early in the Morning with our very charming driver/ guide Mike.
Mike is very knowledable, the park is on the tip of his fingers. He showed up very early for us at our hotel so that we could catch the sunrise and I have to say that was a bright idea, the wide open grass plains and backdrop of the city skycrapers made the sunrise more stunning.
The Early drive also enabled us to see lions less than 4 KM after entry in the Park already catching the morning sun before retreating to the acacis bushes.
We were lucky enough to spot buffalos and rhino.Mike being a master at his game and instinctive vibe drove us to the right spot to see the endangered black rhino.
With antelopes wildbeests hyenas and giraffes not forgettimg the birds like ostriches, waterfowl and Cranes..we learned alot.
Anthony had orgasnised lunch for us before we headed to the Giraffe center where we interacted closels with the girraffes before ending our day at the David Sheldrik Elephant orophanage.
Thank you Anthony for paying attention to all details and ofcourse to Mike who executed like a pro that he is!
I highly reccomend Tazama Africa Holidays for best pricing and proffesionalism!

Amazing experience
5/5

We’ve just finished an amazing safari experience with Tazama and our guide Freddie. From the moment he collected us, Freddie was patient, knowledgeable and super helpful throughout our experience with a toddler. We had an unforgettable safari and really enjoyed staying at the Sarova Mara camp that Tazama recommended. Definitely go with Tazama for your next safari!

We had the pleasure of being led on our safari in the Masai Mara by Freddie from Tazama Africa Holidays. Freddie was funny, friendly and really knowledgeable about everything we were seeing. He went the extra mile and was super accommodating for us having a 2 year child. I would highly recommend Freddie and Tazama to anyone wanting a fantastic safari experience.

We just completed a 2 weeks unforgetable safari that was I dare to say Perfectly planned by Mr Gitau the owner of Tazama Africa Holidays and his tireless team,we got the best offer of Kenya and Tanzania combined Safari.
Mr Gitau's correspondence was very clear and he knew how to knit for us the tour of a liftime. It was not easy to get everyones preferences(Three couples) but he and his team managed to do it.
Our Jouney started from Nairobi headed to Samburu Game reserve driven by our charming driver James .
Highlights ,Samburu G.R has a rich and colourful Samburu culture very friendly and engaging, lots of zebras and variety of birds spieces. We spent the night at Samburu serena lodge lovely lodge.
Lake Nakuru National park was our next destination with an overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge, great variety of food.Highlights "The Pink Lake" the sight of millions of flamingos in one place is spectacular.Watching the rare Rhinos was great lots of waterbucks and giraffes too.
Day 4 we were already headed to the popular Massai Mara, accomodation was at Mara Sopa lodge full board, beautiful lush gardens, services, accomadation & food 5*.
We spent the next 2 days in the Massai feeling like we were in a movie,We saw the famous Big 5 and much more (next time we hope to come during the great wildebeest migration July- Aug)Massai Mara is a Must visit National park.
We drove and Crossed over the border into Tanzania to the spectacular Serengeti, dinner and overnight at Savanna Lodge.Highlights caught cheeters feasting,Lions laying lazly and saw big herds of Elephants,Serengeti is soo vast and extaordinary.
Day 9 was already with us headed to Ngorongoro .

Exciting safari with Tazama Africa Holidays
5/5

5 star to Tazama Africa holidays. It was the best choice for our first ever safari tour to Kenya East Africa.
Our Safari ideas were simplified and very well suited for us.
The seamless communication directly with the owner Gitau is commendable with every detail explained to our satisfaction since it was our first ever Safari, we had lots of questions,we did not want it to be too long nor too short. We got exactly what we hoped for and even more.
Our driver Daniel who doubled as the guide was exceptional, from the time he picked us up we connected, very open minded and fun,he knows the parks perfectly.
We started off in Samburu National park, followed by Olpejeta Consevancy,Nakuru National park, our safari climax was the Massai Mara.
From the early morning drives with packed lunches and picnics(Mara)viewing wild animals at such close range was beathtaking. We had an istant where a cheeter literally crossed the road in front of us .
Daniel was on radio with other guides and it was fun driving to where others had found exciting citing of animals hunting or feasting.
Good job Tazama Africa holidays.
We will definately plan another safari with you.

Dream African safari
5/5

We booked a 7-days safari to samburu ,opener’s conservancy Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara Safari in January. It was an amazing experience for us being an first time safari in Kenya.Everything was well organized from the beginning where we were picked up at the Airport on arrival to the end.
Our guide Fred was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient - he worked really hard to show us the Big Five and make our Holiday special and memorable. We left every morning, reaching so close to the wildlife while on the game drive, then sitting back in the camp in the evening and watching the sunset - everything is touching.
The camps and lodges we stayed were comfortable, the food was great, and the best part was the unique service of the entire team.
I highly recommend Tazama Africa Holidays ,Antony the owner and Fred our driver guide

Tazama were the best. Food at the hotel was very average but the beds were clean and staff mostly friendly.
