We just returned from a magnificent 6-day/5-night safari (Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli) organized by Budget Holiday Safaris and we are completely satisfied. The agency far exceeded our expectations, especially for a safari in the "budget" category.

Her responsiveness and adaptability to all my requests made the preparation and the trip perfectly stress-free. She even helped us book our train tickets to Mombasa, as we didn't have the M-Pesa app needed for online booking. Invaluable help that saved the end of our trip!

Not only great guides for the game drives, but also solving unforeseeable jeep mechanical problems effectively and accommodating our request of being dropped off in Nakuru instead of Nairobi.

Very efficient, professional and caring
The whole experience was amazing. I did a 6 day safari from Maasai Mara to Amboseli. I saw all the animals including the big 5. Our driver went above and beyond to get us the closest and best views of the animals. The accommodation was great and was actually more than I expected for a tent. The value for money was exceptional and everything was well planned and organised. Josephine is amazing and a true gem. From when I booked until the tour was over she was always available to answer my questions and accommodate any needs I had. Would definitely book with this company again.
