We were very satisfied with our safari and hike to Kili, everything was as booked.
We tailored a trip to suit our schedule which was very easy and helpful. At the location we got good and clear instructions and were able to alter our plans a little on the go, which was great! Overall everything went smoothly and as planned, strong recommendation!

Wonderful nature, nice and reliable staff
I had a great experience with this tour company, managed and owned by local people. I did both hiking and safari with them and I truly suggest to do both of them, because you will be able to have a more comprehensive visit of different environments. Particularly, Mr. Castro Kapela was very nice and helpful. He is a very kind and reliable person: I had many big bags with me and I left them at his home while I was doing safari and he kept them properly without asking me nothing, while he also was very honest in dealing the prices.
During my 5 days safari I saw very different landscapes and literally all the animals. This area of Africa is definitely one of the best choices for safaris and I really recommend Kilimanjaro Trip Safaris.

Amazing
The safari was amazing, Deco was our driver/guide and we can't thank him enough the experience he provided us. He's so passionate about his work that he's always making sure you're enjoying the safari and see and know everything that you want to. There were somethings he didn't know but even then he would search an answer. You won't bem disappointed!!

Great safari
Great safari of 5 days in lake manyara ( under our expectations) then serengeti and ngorongoro (both amazing). Castro is a serious manager that provided us all we need for a good safari. Just an inconconvenient about an accomodation (to plan all together is the best way) but he moved immediately to solve in best way showing that take care about the client's satisfaction. Price was convenient. No luxury but offered all we need for a good safari.
Guide and coocker( where necessary) were professional. Jeep confortable.

excellent safari. Very experienced and proficient driver and guide. One in two.
The journey was organized professional. We could stop and go when we want. Patric the driver, knows where is the biggest chance to see animals. We could enjoy the view as long as we want. We saw all big five and a lot of other animals. This tour operator is very professional and we are lucky did the safari with them. I definitely recommend this company.

Excellently organised and all-round great safari - highly recommended
Our operator Castro was fantastic from start to finish and I would highly recommend the tour. They were quick to respond to all queries and tailored our trip to exactly what we needed. Our was excellent, really helpful and knew all the best routes. The chef was excellent too!

Bespoke itinerary with perfect balance of service and value
Castro was was helpful and responsive in organizing a bespoke private safari to the Ngorongoro crater and the Serengeti NP. We were seeking a trip with some comfort but without luxury or excess, for a reasonable price, and Kastro delivered just that. In particular, Kastro arranged for us to overnight at the Serengeti Research Hostel (a well-kept secret for comfortable budget lodging) along with a a private cook, Freddy, (providing the best food on our trip) in order to provide just the right balance of value and comfort. Kastro and our guide, Arthur, both greeted us at the airport and even greatly assisted with sorting out our delayed baggage with the airline, and even drove 4 hours each way in the night to deliver the baggage when it finally arrived on a later flight! Arthur was friendly and enthusiastic and struck the right balance between seeking wildlife on our own and making use of the radios to see what other guides had discovered. Highly recommended, especially for those seeking to create a bespoke itinerary.

Serious, human and authentic.
Magic!!! I will remember for a very long time this safari organized by Kilimanjaro trip safaris. Everything was perfect. If you want an authentic safari with gold guides, this company is for you. After making many quotes, Kilimanjaro trip was the cheapest with superior performance compared to many competitors. We were 2 with my wife and had a perfect cook and a guide who spoke French. The 2 were extremely kind and we had a hard time leaving them. We were able to share meals, discussions and unforgettable moments with them.
If this company is simple and humane, the quality of the service is just as exceptional.

Good price and reasonable service at the african way
It didn’t go perfectly smooth, we had some inconvenient s and some misunderstanding but it’s ok considering it is a very different culture. Service was good considering it was absolutely the cheapest proposal we had. Is is still very expensive but this is due to the high taxes. Castro was finally very helpful and honest.
Very relaxed, peaceful and friendly in general.
We had a great time with our driver Patrick and cook Ali from Kilimanjaro Trip Safaris. Accomodation and food was good throughout the four day tour and the wildlife in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara national parks didn't disappoint. The pride of cheetahs lounging on a bluff in the Serengeti and the male lions we saw in Ngorongoro were the highlights for me, though the birdlife was as impressive as the bigger animals for me.
