The charm of Africa still virgin in the company of Kajie Safaris
5/5

My 6 days in Uganda followed by Kaje Safaris. In a short time, but full of strong emotions, I had a beautiful image of Uganda, thanks above all to the experience and professionalism of Kajie through my guide (now friend) Colly. From mountain gorillas, to the safari in Queen Elizabeth Park, up to the pursuit of chimpanzees and, finally, a river excursion which completed the observation of the big five. I was lucky enough, thanks to the experience of the guide, to see 4 big ones in a single day. Lions, hippos, African elephants (the largest in the world) and the very rare leopard. In addition to the fauna and the fabulous landscapes, I cannot help but say that the friendliness of the people and their gratitude touched my heart and I am already thinking of returning to Uganda as soon as possible.
To conclude, I would like to recommend Kajie Safaris for their professionalism, seriousness and preparation. They make sure you don't lack anything and satisfy every request. I couldn't have chosen better.

Perfect Tour to Rwanda & Uganda
5/5

I reached out to Ronald of Kajie Safaris early 2019 to see if they would be able to set up a customized trip itinerary for me and my friend which would include multiple gorilla treks in various parks in both Rwanda & Uganda, chimp trekking and a couple safari days. We are both photographers and so our goals for a trip are very specific and require more planning than the average tourist.

From the start Ronald's communication was prompt, courteous and concise. He answered countless questions for the whole year leading up to our trip and was amazing at obtaining all necessary permits, booking accommodations and even domestic flights for us to reach Entebbe for our flight back to the US.

Kajie was one of the only companies I could find that was willing to tailor a package to guest requests and even during the trip several times Ronald went above and beyond to make last minute changes to our itinerary to make sure that our experience was the best one possible.

All of the local accommodations he chose were fabulous and the staff very friendly. He clearly had very good working relationships with these lodges and their staff and it made for a better stay for us. He also did a great job of navigating the selection process at the national parks when it came to assigning guests to gorilla groups and ensured that we were placed in appropriate hikes for our physical abilities and also that would allow us wonderful photographic opportunities.

The whole trip was wonderful and we enjoyed our time so much we are already looking forward to planning a return trip to Uganda with Kajie. Ronald was fabulous to work with and to be around for our 12 day tour and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to explore more of East Africa.

Fantastic
5/5

Kajie safaris gave me one of my best trips ever in Africa (and i travel a lot)
From the pick up at the airport until the departure day Ronald my guide gave me an incredible trip and everything i booked was spot on.
Kibale is a fantastic place and the climate is perfect and if you go in Jan-Feb there isn´t much rain and it is very easy to walk in the forest (quite open) and not many mosquitos at all.
PS! Dont miss Bigodi Swamp nearby to combine with Kibale, good sightings of Colobus monkeys and also the nightwalk with potos and galagos.
Check this out what you can expekt to see

i can really recommend Kajie safari for your Uganda experience.

Amazing experience in amazing Uganda!
5/5

This was an amazing trip to amazing Uganda with excellent guide Ronald, who was very informative, helpful and communicative, great service in the car (plenty of drinking water, cold beverages, wifi). During our trip we stopped at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and saw many rhinos up-close, then moved to the Murchison Falls National Park with its eye-catching landscape, many animals to see (including lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffalo) with few tourists around, took boat ride on the river Nile (about 2 hours) and hiked up to the amazing Murchison Falls (took us about 40 minutes, it can be a bit exhausting so take some water). Then we went on a scenic drive through Uganda to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. We saw less animals here than in Murchison Falls, but more animals up-close on our boat ride on the Kazinga channel, which took for about 2 hours.
We highly recommend Kajie Safaris as your tour operator and the Murchison Falls National Park as one of your destinations if you plan a trip to Uganda!

Amazing, incredible, marvelous Uganda…
5/5

We visited Uganda with the 11-day tour organized by Kajie Safaris in July 2018.

When we chose Kajie Safaris, the criteria were: price, reliability, positive feedback and lack of negative impressions among tourists, as well as quick answers to E-mail inquiries, flexibility in discussing the program.

Ronald Muvunyi worked with us. He met us at the airport and then accompanied him along the entire route both as a guide, as a driver, as an translator, and as a friend. He is a man with remarkable organizational skills, friendly, cheerful, with a fine sense of humor. We were very easy and interesting with him. We enjoyed our trip!

During the tour, we wanted to change the program a little. Ronald graciously helped to correct the route, rescheduled the hotels.

When traveling is organized by people who love and know their business - they are sure to succeed!

We were just fascinated by Uganda. The next visit to Africa will be planned only with Kajie Safaris!

We wish you all a pleasant journey and a vivid impressions,
Sergii and Lana.

A Remarkable Uganda Adventure with Kajie Safaris
5/5

I recently embarked on a 7-day journey to Uganda with Kajie Safaris, and I can confidently say it was one of my best trips to Africa. My decision to choose Kajie was based on thorough research into local travel agencies, and it turned out to be the best decision I made for this adventure.

From my initial query to the moment I departed, the founder, Ronald, exhibited exceptional professionalism and a passion for providing an unforgettable experience. The meticulous planning started with numerous email exchanges to craft the perfect itinerary. Ronald's suggestions, backed by his extensive experience, proved invaluable, and I'm grateful for his insights.

What truly sets Kajie Safaris apart is the personal touch. Ronald was by my side from the moment I landed in Entebbe until my departure. His warmth, sense of humor, and deep knowledge about Uganda added a unique dimension to the trip. I felt like I was learning more from him during our travels than I could have from any online source.

What impressed me most was Ronald's flexibility. He seamlessly accommodated last-minute changes to my itinerary, providing me with the opportunity to explore more of Uganda. The accommodations he recommended were not only comfortable but also affordable, striking the perfect balance between quality and cost.

In just seven days, I fell in love with Uganda—a credit to Kajie Safaris' ability to showcase the country's beauty and diversity. Ronald's commitment to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience has left an indelible mark on my memories. Without a doubt, when I return to Uganda, it will be with Kajie Safaris. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic and memorable African adventure.

Highly recommend Kajie Safaris for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
5/5

Three generations of my family, ages 16 - 79. just returned from a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, doing the 11-day Safari, Gorilla and Chimp treking safari. All seven of us agreed that the trip exceeded our (already high) expectations. Ronald and team were responsive in weeks and months prior to the trip, answering questions promptly, and also helped us navigate hiccups with the visa process. Once in Uganda, our guide Simon went above and beyond to teach us about the wildlife and culture in his beautiful country. We were amazed by how plentiful and close-up all of the wildlife sightings were. The geography of each park was different from the one before it, all scenic and beautiful. And the optional cultural experiences in local communities were all worthwhile. Lodging was comfortable, even for my 79-year old father, and the attentive of the staff and the food at each lodge were fantastic.

Gorilla Safari was the trip of a lifetime. We loved our guide Ronald
5/5

What an amazing trip. All our dreams of seeing gorillas in the wild and lions and leopards and elephants and hippos came true. Ronald was an excellent guide. We had our own private safari, which was perfect. The accommodations were great.
One of our favorite parts was visiting a village in the mountains and interacting with the women, the Botwa (AKA Pygmies) and the orphans. I highly recommend this safari. The price is amazing. The Guide is so personable and caring. You won't regret booking the Safari.
