Having used Ngurumah Tours & Travel over the past few years for my personal and Company travels to Uganda and within the Country (Kenya), I have not been disappointed with the professionalism of their team. I was very impressed by the manner and promptness with which they handled my complaint in regard to the service which we got Enashipai Lodge, which Ngurumah had booked for us on 3rd - 6th September 2017. Special thanks to Isaac, Elvia and your team members!
