Very professional and great customer service!
Spent three nights at the Lower Zambezi Lodge in Zambia, booked through Wilderness Horizon Safaris. From the start I always received quick and detailed replies, and my questions and requests were always answered. Had to make some changes to the schedule after booking, but that was never any problem. Great customer service! And the safari itself was very enjoyable, at a good lodge in an excellent location!

EXCELLENT !!!!
EXCELLENT
I'm a freelance guide who passionately accompanies groups of friends around the world. I had the opportunity to work and organize a trip to Zambia with the support of WHS. It's a small agency that passionately organizes safaris in Zambia and other countries. In addition to supporting the local community, it's also very attentive to ecological aspects and respect for the environment. I greatly appreciated their services and their flawless organization, with affordable and sustainable prices. Eva, my contact for the trip, was always attentive to my and our needs, and she, with great patience and passion, helped me make this trip unforgettable for the group of friends I accompanied. I also thank all the guides, drivers, and staff who proved to be up to the task. We spent three nights at the Lower Zambezi Lodge, where we admired the extraordinary and unforgettable landscape of "True Africa." We then spent another three nights at the Mopani Lodge in South Luangwa. This, too, was an unforgettable experience. We observed so many animals in the park, and it's perhaps the place in all of Africa where I've had the best and most spectacular time admiring leopards. All in all, a truly extraordinary trip.
I highly recommend anyone planning a trip to Zambia to contact WHS.

Zambia wilderness
Our safari with Wilderness Horizon Safaris fully lived up to our highest expectations. Every aspect of our visits to Lower Zambezi and South Luangwa, expertly organised by Eva Lucena, was exceptional. The accommodation was excellent, the guides were highly professional and knowledgeable, and the warmth and friendliness of all the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Above all, the countless photographic opportunities offered by both parks made this an unforgettable experience.
Our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone at Wilderness Horizon Safaris for creating such a memorable journey.
