Bad experience
I recently booked a safari tour with Optimum Travel, but the experience was not at all what I expected. The vehicle did not arrive on time, and the guide seemed very inexperienced. The spots were not seen properly because the guide was in a hurry. At some places, we were not allowed to stop and take pictures.
Also, the quality of the food was very average.
I thought it would be a bit professional service, but the management was very average. I will try another company in the future.

Very freindly and warm service
Paul, tour manager supported us and gave all tour info in detail and clearly. Other staffs eg guide, driver and other optimum staff were very helpful and try to let us exploit the opputunities in safari as much as possible. We felt so safe and worries free throughout the trip. Thanks for making Tanzania trip as one of best and memorable journey.

Great staff and great price
This was my first safari and the team did a fantastic job at organizing the trip and at a great price. The staff are incredibly helpful and they work hard to ensure that everybody can enjoy Tanzania's beautiful parks and wildlife

It was very good experience and best decision made. Manager and staff looked after us very well and listened to what we want & need.
price was reasonable and get the update and follow up for every process.
Felt very comfortable and safe with the professional staff but treat us like friends.
Never imagine Tanzania would be better without Optimum service. Please keep up good work & thank you so much

A worth it, colourful and amazing experience
The trip was very well organized by the tour operators. We were taken around by the most experienced tour guide and very well taken care of by the tour manager, who joined us on the safari tour as well. It was truly a fun trip and we cherish the friendship with the new people met on this trip.
Overall, the safari trip exceeded our expectations in all aspects (food, travel, communication, service) and we would definitely go back again.

A cheap, comfortable and wonderful customer service
I traveled with optimum travel in Jan this year. I must say their costs are very moderate and affordable. They also have a great customer service and consultation
