He had a kind personality and was very good.
It was a very enjoyable trip because he treated us, who were not good at English, politely.
Deep 5days
Moses was always friendly and easy to talk to.
Our communication before the tour started was smooth and reassuring.
He clearly explained all the important points, which helped eliminate any concerns, and I was able to complete the tour with peace of mind.
I’m glad I chose Lenchada.

The operation of the safari was seemless, very comfortable and evans the driver was an expert
We had an amazing experience, very comfortable sleeping arrangements and delicious food. The driver Evans was amazing and an expert at navigating the masai mara park. Excellent value for money.

The best ever
I cannot recommend this safari highly enough. The communication was excellent, as was the value for money. Both lodges we stayed at on our four day safari were wonderful and far exceeded expectations. The food was ridiculously tasty and Evans our driver was phenomenal. Evans if you read this, thank you so much for everything. He was very knowledgeable and very good at finding all the animals. The car was super comfortable and perfect for viewing the wildlife

Great guide, bad organisation
We did a 7 day safari with Lenchada Safaris and while the wildlife itself was incredible, there are serious transparency and communication issues that future travelers should know about.
The main problem was in Amboseli National Park. The safari package is sold and charged as if you enter Amboseli for 3 days, but in reality you only enter the park for 2. The itinerary clearly mentions a night game drive on day 5, a full day game drive on day 6, and a pre morning game drive on day 7.
The night game drive on day 5 never happened. Our guide clearly told us that they have NEVER done the Amboseli night game drive on day 5, yet it is still advertised in the itinerary they send to customers.
There was no refund and no option to recover the unused park entrance fee. This is not about a missed service. It is a park entrance ticket that was never used. Amboseli park tickets are valid for 24 hours. What they do is enter the park on day 6 around 10am, which allows them to re enter at 6am on day 7 using the same ticket. This means they only pay one park entrance instead of two, while charging the customer as if three days were included.
If you actually want to do the evening game drive on day 5, you would need to leave Hell’s Gate no later than 10am. This was not done and it was never communicated in advance.
I have screenshots of the emails from Lenchada Safaris showing the itinerary exactly as advertised (you can go to google reviews and check the actual conversation there in screenshots). I also have screenshots of WhatsApp conversations with Sam, the Operations Manager, where I raised this issue. In those messages, he first states that they never offered the day 5 game drive, and later says that because there is not enough time on day 5, they instead do the pre morning game drive on day 7. These explanations contradict each other.
I initially dealt with Collins during the booking process. He was responsive until the deposit was paid, but after that it became extremely difficult to get answers or support from him.
It is also worth mentioning that Lenchada Safaris is a subsidiary of Jocky Tours, which operates several other safari companies as well.
Our guide Kikitu was excellent, honest, and very knowledgeable, and the safari itself was enjoyable from a wildlife perspective. However, the itinerary is misleading, park fees are not handled transparently, and communication when issues arise is very poor. I strongly recommend clarifying exactly how many park entrances are truly included before booking.

Best Safari ever!!!
What an amazing trip! It was the third safari for me after Etosha and Kruger National Park BUT the first time I saw all of the big 5 within one day. Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha were truly amazing. The landscape is beautiful and 100% worth a visit. All in all the trip and transport were perfectly organized and matched all of our expectations. Aaand: Big big thank you to Caleb, who was not only a kind soul, he was also a really great guide to have. I would even say, the best guide I‘ve ever had! I can only recommend Caleb and Lenchada Tours. My brother and I had an unforgettable time.

Khaleb made it possible to see to the Big 5, also due to his connection to the locals.
The pickup at our hotel in Nairobi was on time and brought us to the clean Land Cruiser to start the 5 day safari. From the beginning it was clear that our guide, Caleb, is well connected and was interested to fulfill our wishes. Every morning Caleb cleaned the car from the in- and outside. Especially for the safari in Masai Mara, where we saw the Big 5 in less than 2 days, it is huge advantage that caleb is from the Massai and speaks their language. Additionally, he is connected by walkie talkie to 30/40 other guides/drivers (also Massai) in the park in Massai Mara, so he will hear instantly where are the best spots and also share the spots with others. Since we had a limited time, that was a huge advantage. Moreover, Caleb knows all the animals and could explain all the details. Besides seeing animals, i liked it to get in touch the locals, e.g. how the Massai live in their community.
I did the tour without having any expectations, because I thought otherwise I might be disappointed, e.g. only seeing one of the Big 5.
I am convinced that you need to this 5-day- tour, hopefully with Caleb, to get the best experience and also supporting the locals/Massai.
It was a privilege to do the tour.
