very professional, knowledgeable and so incredibly friendly
I have been communicating with James for about 10 months prior to our trip, he has been very professional and patient to help us organize the best safari for our family. We went on a 9 days safari, visiting Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater and the beautiful Serengeti. The tented lodge and camps suggested were great. The Toyota landcruiser was super comfortable and had lots of space to move around.
John was our guide and driver, he is so friendly, knows so much about wildlife, different tribes, the culture of Tanzania and was very enthusiastic to share his knowledge. He has lots of humour and is passionate about his job. I love photography and he knew how to position the jeep to get the best light, where to go for an amazing sunset/sunrise. We also brought footballs to play with kids in villages, John was happily playing with our family and the kids. It was an amazing experience. We were sad to leave this amazing place and our new friend. Asante Sana John and James.
We went to lake manyara and ngorongoro nationalpark for two days and a lot of memories!
Our Tour Guide James is a confident and friendly person. He was helping us a lot to get our Perfect route with low Time and low Budget. Enchantig is a seriously safarbooking with nice guides and good cars.

Amazing tour operator who brought me to wonderful places!
I had a great one-week safari with this tour operator. He was well organised, planned a wonderful tour on which I visited several places (Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti), spoke perfectly my mother tongue (German) as well as English, had a great knowledge about the National Parks and the animals, answered all my questions, explained me everything. My expectations were more than satisfied. If I will travel again to Tanzania I would book him again.

AN OVERWHELMING EXPERIENCE
I travelled with Enchanting Safaris several times. Each safari was a once-in-a-lifetime-experience. Here I refer to a 2 day safari to Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara NP.
We were more than lucky to watch 4 of the big 5 within these 2 days and also a lot of animals like zebra, wildbeest, hortwag, different species of birds and also animals, that can be seen rarely like a Caracal. The landscape is spectacular.
One big factor in this very well organized safari was our tourguide Fredy Expery, who gave very good explanations about each and everything, that we asked. I already travelled with Fredy several times and every time he was able to answer a lot of questions about animals, plants, Tanzanian culture etc. He made us feel very comfortable all the time, he is very kind and incredibly funny and one of the nicest Tanzanian people I ever met.
He is also an excellent driver, so we felt safe all the time, even on rough roads.
I would travel with Enchanting Safaris and with Fredy any time in the future again and I highly recommend this company and Fredy as a tourguide.

An amazing experience with amazing guides
First off, there is nowhere more beautiful than east Africa. The people of Tanzania are warm and friendly, the landscape is mesmerizing, and the animals are wild and gorgeous. John Foya is an exceptional safari guide whose English is perfect. He is more than willing to answer all your questions (I had many), and even teach you some Swahili! He knows where to looks for animals and can tell you anything you need to know about Tanzania’s many beautiful national parks. Friendly and safe safari driver!
John was a great driver and super friendly. He speaks great English and we all had a fantastic time. He had lots of field guides available and knew a lot of the birds by sight. He even let me send him photos after I got home to help me identify what kinds of birds we had seen.

Perfect Safari Experience - Experience guide, amazing game drives and excellent accomondations
We experienced a fantastic safari in Tanzania with Enchanting.
The variety of safari companies can be overwhelming when you want to have a once in a lifetime experience. We compared many safari companies. Since my cousin had raved to us about his safaris with James, the choice became easy and we decided to go with Enchanting (which turned out to be A GREAT CHOICE!).
Even though we booked at short notice, James put together a great route for us with wonderful accommodation. When selecting the route, he paid attention to where the Great Migration was during our travel period. We trusted James and our guide and driver Alphayo right from the start. The communication in advance went flawlessly. Alphayo gave us a warm welcome on site.
The atmosphere on our safari was excellent! Alphayo was a very pleasant travel companion. He told us a lot about Tanzania and life in Tanzania. In the end, thanks to Alphayo, we were even able to impress those around us with a few words of Swahili.
We had great nature moments on our safari and got to know the biodiversity of Africa. Alphayo is an experienced guide who has successfully tracked down all the animals you would hope to see on a safari. In response to our desire to see cats, we went looking for rare cats and found them. Alphayo is not only a great guide, but also a very experienced driver, which is very important on the sometimes bumpy safari routes. We always felt safe as passengers.
The accommodations were all great! The facilities exceeded our expectations. The food in the lodges and tented camps was delicious.
We had a great time with Alphayo and can highly recommend the trip with Echanting to everyone.

Hard to describe in just one sentence, James is the best guide ever!
Words can hardly describe the amazing experience my mom and I had on our Tanzania safari. Our accommodations were all fantastic, the wildlife was abundant, and the weather was perfect, but what really made our trip amazing was James. He is the absolute best guide you can find!! There were 6 of us, a family of four with two young teenage daughters and my mom and I. James catered to everyone perfectly, with our group ranging in ages 13 to 68. His mild manner and vast knowledge of the terrain, animals, history, etc truly makes James the perfect guide and provides the best experience possible! I couldn’t recommend him enough. Our Safari guide was very funny and it was so cool staying with him. I personally had lots of fun and my whole family felt very connected with him. To every question we asked he knew an answer and described everything well. We saw all animals we wanted to see including a lot of lions and even a leopard and cheetahs.
He knew the best places, the best routes and we saw beautiful animals…..
