We had a very good trip, we were lucky to see all the animals. Only the leopard was mising.
Yeah, camp bastian and all other things were provided to us. The Driver took care of every our need.

Big smile and warm hospitality
When we first contacted "Hello Tanzania" it was really kind of short notice, only few days before our trip to Dar Es Salam. Nevertheless, we were so lucky as we had almost an instant response. With a welcoming spirit, all arrangements were efficiently made as we planned, plus providing transportation from the airport where Mrs Mwajabu was waiting for us with a big smile and warm welcome.
The safari trip to Mikomi arranged by her was a real life experience. She didn't skip the smallest detail (she even provided us with water,fresh fruits and nuts).
The stop we made at a cafe on the road where we had tea and coffee was also included.
Not to forget the driver, Moses, who proved to be a professional, skillful and punctual driver. A really decent man with good manners.
I must mention that a nice lunch was arranged for us during the safari trip (we enjoyed it under a huge tree!)
Mrs Mwajabu is so willing to give you good tips on your trip or your plans.
When we needed transportation to take us back to the airport from Zanzibar, it was a nice gesture from her to provide such transoprtation, and with the same driver, Moses. We even found Mrs Mwajabu waiting for us at the ferry stop in Dar Es Salam,with her big smile and warm hospitality.
If we ever visit Tanzania again, hopefully, we would definitely repeat the same experience with
" Hello Tanzania"

Great organization on a 3-day trip to Mikumi
While being in Zanzibar, we wated to organize a 3-day trip to Mikumi so we wrote a message to HelloTanzania through their website.
Very quickly we were contacted by Mrs. Mwajabu Sultan via Whatsapp. She proposed a taylor-made safari including a car, a driver, a guide, the park fees and a very nice hotel. It was not cheap buy it was very well organized and fun. Our driver and guide (Moses and Gilbert respectively), were very attentive and patient. We saw lions, elephants, impalas, crocodiles, hippos, giraffes and more; it was a very good experience for a first Safari.

High speed for acheive your requests...and caring
Communication very nice and fast..service verygood...the road for safari very narrow it takes a long time if the company tours in tanzania write a requirment to the government and sign it by all to help the tourists to do it many time and saving the time to do visit another places which is increase the national income

Hello Driving!
Our guide was very kind, knowledgeable and an excellent driver. The animals were terrific. All of the lodging was great especially the Mipito Tent Camp - the only exception was an aiport hotel in Dar Es Alaam. Please be warned about what the actually itinerary will look like! I failed to understand that the morning and evening game drives would be preceeded and followed by very long drives through the Serengeti. Instead of being able to relax at a lodge or campsite, we spent 12 hours a day for three days in a safari jeep over very rough roads getting from one place to another and then slowing down for the game drive portions. It was awesome to see the vastness of the Serengeti and the animals - but a morning or afternoon break would have been welcomed. We tried to do both the Serengeti and the crater in one trip and I would suggest you only do one unless you have more than 4-5 days to spend on safari.

great safari at Mikumi, highly recommended!!
We had a great time on one-day Mikumi safari. We saw lots of animals . Hello Tanzanıa is a very friendly and nice company , Majabu is always positive and willing to help, she is an excellent host, special thanks to Majabu.
My association with Hello Tanzania involved transportation arrangements, including driver, tickets.
The service provided by Mwajabu Sultan, the contact person who made all the arrangements, and the driver Godlisen is excellent. Mwajabu is organized, personable, and flexible. She has the right temperament for this position because she is calm and can deal easily with crises. I experienced only a minor one but appreciated her response. She responded quickly to all my e-mail messages. Godlisen is an excellent driver who wants to help the clients as much as possible. The phrases I associate with him are "No problem" and "Why not?" My opinion and experience are based on two trips to Tanzania, four years apart. I did not go on an animal safari but rather used the service for local transportation in Dar es Salaam and travel arrangements by plane to Zanzibar and by bus from Dar es Salaam to Arusha and back. I would not hesitate to get in touch with Mwajabu again for this service.

Best experience in lifetime
We had a great time on one-day Mikumi safari. We saw lots of animals and birds. Everything was organized very well. Driver met us at airport right after we passed all visa procedures, we had a tasty lunch after safari, everyone were very polite and we really like the time spent on this trip.
