Good value day trip
I booked a day trip to Mikumi national park, where the car departed very early in the morning. It was of good value as it included everything: transport, park fees, lunch, snacks and guide. The driver was good and fun. Overall had a good experience, got to see most of the animals and big five in the park even though lions were hard to spot. The guide didn't speak English very well, so most of the time it was left to our guessing what was going on. One suggestion is that the guide should be more professional and can communicate better.

Lovely trip to Mikuni and Udzungwa
Mwajbu was wonderful to deal with. Provided great support and even organised flights to Zanzibar. The process of booking and logistics was very easy. Really enjoyed Mikuni National Park and Camp Bastian. Opted for a one hike in Udzungwa Mountains and it was just spectacular. Our driver was very helpful and the guide in Udzungwa was fantastic.

Matched our expectations
We did a short albeit eventfull safari in January and I have only good things to say about it and how it was organized. I came to realize the importance of the drivers quality and how that affects the whole experience, in our case his name was Osmam, a well educated and genuine person that had much to show us. Even though it was the first time we did safari I have traveled much in the past and have worked in some of the most prestigious hotels in the world, I feel that it was, again, excellent value for the dollar. The Ngorogoro crater is a must with a Jurassic Park feeling to it. Luxury Herritage camp is an excellent choice with good standard considering how far it is from civilization,, comtact me if you need specifics: mathiasvarga@hotmail.com

enjoyable adventurous safari
When you book directly a safari with a local tour operator, with no real references, you wonder how much you can rely on them. I did rely, and I was not dissapointed. They came to pick me up at the airport, brought me to the hotel. And the next day, off we went on a 7 days tour full of surprises, with a four wheeler (which could have been a bit more recent). Everything on the programm has been delivered by Hello Tanzania. Mwajabu was a nice, cooperative and reactive organisor, and Moses has been a wonderful, helpfull and safe driver/guide. Lodging was fine.
We toured Selous Game Reserve - Mikumi National Park - Udzungwa Mountains (hiking and a swimm !) - Ruaha National Park. But the drive back from Ruaha to Dar es Salaam, and that was MY mistake as it was my wish, is a hell of a long drive.
I would recommand this operator which you can trust.

Very fast respond while booking and for enquirers, they picked up early morning from hotel and provide snacks in the way to the park, driver Moses was very nice the other guy (guide) told us many stories and information about the park and the animals live in it.the girl that owns the company came her self to meet us before the trip and she was very nice and kind.
I recommend Hello Tanzania we had great time and i think you also will.

Very attemptive!
They are really very attemptive and kind. Mwajabu was always ready to help and support us. The room of the selected Camp was really amazing and the pictures of the site should be increased. The safari car is old and has no ar conditioned, which was very necessary during the came back trip. Food was not good, except for the breakfast when it was kind of 'ok'. The games were very interesting.

Our five day safari was simply an exhilirating worthwile trip that we intend to repeat in no distant
Mrs Mwajabu and her driver received us at JNIA in the middle of the night (Sunday 01:00hrs) like long lost family members. By 04:00hrs we hit the road to Mikumi where the ever busy Mwajabu stayed with us till Tuesday when she along with her driver took us back to Dar, boarded us on a light plane to Zanzibar and kept in touch daily for the two days we stayed on the Island. Even though our paid tour ended on Thursday, we were booked into Slipway by Mwajabu and given a no expense tour of Dar. The drivers, especially Fredy and Horizon are just wonderful. Another Hello Tanzania tour is a plan for us in the no distant future, early next year by God's grace.

Hello Driving!
Our guide was very kind, knowledgeable and an excellent driver. The animals were terrific. All of the lodging was great especially the Mipito Tent Camp - the only exception was an aiport hotel in Dar Es Alaam. Please be warned about what the actually itinerary will look like! I failed to understand that the morning and evening game drives would be preceeded and followed by very long drives through the Serengeti. Instead of being able to relax at a lodge or campsite, we spent 12 hours a day for three days in a safari jeep over very rough roads getting from one place to another and then slowing down for the game drive portions. It was awesome to see the vastness of the Serengeti and the animals - but a morning or afternoon break would have been welcomed. We tried to do both the Serengeti and the crater in one trip and I would suggest you only do one unless you have more than 4-5 days to spend on safari.

I had a very wonderful experience in Tanzania especially the Island of Zanzibar - very loving people
The communication was adequate and timely though some tour guides might need to improve their grasp of the English language. However the service was impeccable and met my expectation during the Easter Holiday which I enjoyed with my family on the beaches of Zanzibar
