An unforgettable experience!
Booking the two days safari in Mikumi Park with Hello Tanzania was the best investment I did in my short vacations to Tanzania. I've decided to do the safari suddenly, only had time to do it the following day and I was travelling solo. All this little troubles didn't mind to Mwajabu. She made it happen!
She listened to me and answered all my questions and doubts, waited for me to decide and organized me a perfect 2 days Safari. The driver I had was very professional, my Safari guide incredible (I've learnt a lot about animals!!!) and Camp Bastian (where I slept and had dinner) was above expectations: location, staff, commodities were just perfect and the food was delicious.
I would recommend Hello Tanzania to everybody that are looking for an amazing experience and friendly service.

Selous 1 day from Zanzibar
it was a really exciting day. Everything organized perfectly. Great animal tracker and delicious food in the middle of the park by the baobab tree.
I recommend this trip for people who want to spend only one day on safari while on vacation in zanzibar

Extremely resourceful planners. Well planned tour
Did a one day safari from Zanzibar to Selous. Got picked up from Stone town and the driver was able to safely hold on to our luggage while we went on the experience and subsequently dropped us off in our next lodging. Although I didn't know this at the time, the company provides a camera guy who captures all the necessary moments so you can just focus on fully engaging in the experience and you'll get great pictures from the experience a day or so later (FOR FREE). Lunch was also delicious and the company was able to meet our very specific car requirements. Sylvia helped with the reservations and with planning our whole experience and making sure our numerous requests were met. Our driver was great as well, he stopped so we could closely observe the animals and answered all the questions we had. Please note this is a one day Safari so you won't get to see every single animal but you do get to see a lot

such an organised and beautiful safari, couldn’t fault the service provided!
My partner and I did the one day safari at Selous and although it was slightly expensive it was everything you paid for! The communication from the team was amazing, I was told who my drivers were and my itinerary and everything was timed to perfection. The fact everything is organised for you from collection from hotel to Zanzibar to Tanzania airport and the same on the way back is super helpful and lets you relax during your holiday. The safari itself was incredible, the scenery was stunning and the animals were absolutely incredible. Our tour guide Anton did everything he could so we could see as many animals and get as close as possible, he was the best guide we could’ve asked for! We even got to see two female lions and their cubs! The food and lunch provided was so delicious, and there were so many bottles of water for us to have throughout the trip. I honestly couldn’t fault the day, it will definitely be a highlight in our Zanzibar experience! I will recommend this tour to everyone!

Really committed to your experience
I just got back from a 5 day safari to Selous Game Reserve and I can't speak highly enough about that park. Simply stunning. I'm absolutely gobsmacked. Go go go. As for the service it was top notch all the way starting with the quoting process. I wanted something customized for 5 days and only in Selous in order to maximize my time in the park. Selous is only a 5/6 hour drive from Dar es Salaam however it does mean a days travel there and a day back. I wanted more than the 3 and 4 days tours being offered so I began asking for quotes on 5 days. Sylwie went out of her way to put something together for me that not only took into consideration the time but also the cost as I am a budget traveller and, let's face it, safaris are expensive. I ended up staying in two lodges with a village walk, two bush drives, a river trip and a walking safari. Everything was top notch. Very professional and very courteous every step of the way. And Sylwia checking in on me regularly to see if all was going good. Very classy. As for accomodation.......Jimbizi camp was my favourite as it really does have the best views of the river, not to mention a wonderful staff who go the distance to make you feel at home. Go. Relax. And rest assured you will be well looked after in this most wonderful and awe inspiring of places.

Efficient, organized and honest
Me and my husband booked a Mikumi National Park 2 days, 1 night trip
What I liked about it :
The owner are really organized, helpful and honest, easy to deal with and to do things easily and effectively, I was happy dealing with Sylvia she is smart, very helpful and active
The hotel we spend the night in was very good and the dinner was delicious
What I didn’t like :
We had a very rough start, we supposed to start our trip 6:30
But there was a 1 hour delay, cause Henry the guide who supposed to pick us had a problem in his car so we waited for another guide
Also there was another delay in the way to the park, it supposed to be a 6 to 7 hour trip but it took way more than that we arrived 3:00 pm and we entered the park 3:30
Also we didn’t see the big cat ( the lion)
We should have went to Serengeti National Park instead so my advice if you can afford it go to Serengeti instead of Mikumi

Incredible trip!
Incredible trip!
Our trip to Ngorongoro and Serengeti was incredible! Everything what promised in offer was done. We saw so many, many animals, beautiful landscapes. Before we go, we worried a little, because 2years before we had trip with local operator, and we are not really happy. That why this time we choosed operator with eu management. The best choice! Sylwia - manager was very helpful and immediately understood ours needs. She prepared our trip perfectly. Thank you

Better than expectations!
I contacted this tour operator online while I was planning my trip to Mikumi National Park , Already I found a fraud company earlier so I was a bit apprehensive, but as I started talking to the hello Tanzania my confidence grew, We did a game drive at Mikumi NP, the owner mjembe , excuse me if spelled it wrong came to pick us from the airport, after which everything was perfect , everything which we had on the email was delivered , I forgot my jogging pants and she even sent it to me in stone town where I later went during my trip. I highly recommend you to try this tour opeartor in this region , we had a perfect holiday and we saw a lion also so it was just perfect . Thank you Hello Tanzania! - AJ (India)

Great experience and deal!
All the trip happened as planned. The owner was very nice and the drivers and guide were great and able to spot animals from far away. I went to Mikumi NP with them and Camp Bastian was an excellent place where to stay (situated out of the NP). The deal offered by Hello Tanzania was better than the one proposed by many other operators and was worth it.
