Very Professional
Off2Africa set out their proposals well and offered the re-assurance we required to travel to Zimbabwe. Their itinerary was well balanced with adequate space between activities and their choice of hotel in Victoria Falls and our safari camp very good indeed. A comparison cost between the Off2Africa proposal and a very similar one from Travelbag gave us about £500 saving. On the debit side I was surprised that a representative from the company did not contact us when we arrived to make sure we had actually arrived and to offer advice on attractions other than those we had pre-booked , in particular available restaurants away from our hotel. Also there was a mix up over the transfer arrangements to our safari lodge which delayed our arrival there by some 3 hours. Although we alerted the company through hotel the reception once it became apparent that we had been forgotten and although after a long delay someone, presumably Off2Africa, organised transport no one from the company made direct contact with us. On arrival at the camp there followed the expected blame game between the two managements but as far as I am concerned we paid our considerable fee to Off2Africa and they should have taken control and communicated directly with us. That said they made first class arrangements to transfer us from the safari to Victoria Falls airport to meet an early flight which gave us a much enjoyed full final day looking for animals.

I chose Off2Africa to book a week long holiday because I had experience using one of their travel consultants before. I found their service impeccable. Staff were accommodating, helpful and adaptable to our requirements. There was minimal administrative burden for myself and all aspects of the trip were covered in the itinerary. There was good communication and staff provided all necessary information and updates. The trip itself lived up to expectations and was one of the best holidays my family has been on. I would use Off2Africa again if I was planning another holiday in Zimbabwe.

Efficient and informative
Our family has been talking about visiting Hwange for a couple of years now and we finally found the perfect time to book during the school holidays. We chose Tom's Little Hide, as we were a group with small children. On arrival we were stunned by the reception we received and the amazing accommodation. The kids loved the pool and their own outside shower most of all. The other highlight was Nicholas, our guide for 5 days. So knowledgeable on all wildlife, birds and trees. Amazing memories were made on our drives or just sitting watching the animals coming to drink from our verandah. In short an epic trip made perfect by the delicious meals, brilliant staff and the full cooler box on all the game drives. We will definitely be back!!

Off 2Africa made it perfect
Off2Africa was highly responsive from first inquiry, listened carefully to wants and needs in order to propose 8 day trip to safaris in Botswana and Zimbabwe as well as interlude in Victoria Falls. The remote and rustic safari camps fulfilled our expectations; the accommodations and food were terrific and the staffs were kind, helpful and friendly—loved both unique sites. What overwhelmed us was the coordinated transfers and transportation which involved at least 10 drives and 2 bush plane trips—every step was highly coordinated and synchronized. Great communication - Perfect Trip Planning - Lasting Memories
We were concerned when working with a tour operator that was in Africa that we could not meet before hand and had to send a lot of money to confirm the trip. We can tell you that Off2Africa there is no worry and they were very professional in handling all communication. Chloe was excellent at all the communication before the trip and answering all questions. We then arrived and had an amazing time during the entire trip. We barely had to look at our schedule and try to figure out next steps during the trip as it was handled so smoothly that each stop would update us clearly on our next transportation and what was happening that it flowed perfectly. Helped us curate an unforgettable Safari experience
It was my first safari and I was quite unsure which operator to work with as I was booking for a group of friends. I checked the different Safari packages on Safari.com and came across Off2Africa. It had interesting packages that suits our budget and what we were looking to do. When I started enquiring, Sian Edwards who responded to me was very patient. Initially we couldn’t decide if we wanted to do Botswana and Victoria Falls as weather would be very hot in Oct. After much consideration and advice from other friends, we decided to do the safari in Botswana instead of Kruger National Park. As we discussed among ourselves to fine tune what we really wanted in the safari, Sian continued to be very helpful and patient.
She helped us secure the best value in Chobe Princess River Cruise, Muchenje Safari Lodge in Botswana and Victoria Falls Safari Club in Victoria Falls. All three were very good and we enjoyed every one of them! Activities she recommended in Victoria Falls were very good, such as canopy tour, sunset dinner cruise, and Helicopter ride over the Victoria Falls. We enjoyed ourselves very much. She was very responsive when I communicated with her via email and WhatsApp.

It averaged about USD 560 per day per person for our 6 nights safari. All air conditioned rooms, full board, except VF safari club was breakfast, tea and happy hour! For the quality accommodation and service we received, it was very good value.
