Everything was organised to perfection
We are originally from Zimbabwe so this was like coming home. The accommodation in Victoria Falls was fantastic. Would suggest doing a riverboat trip (not dinner) on a big boat and then on a hotel small boat . You would get more chance of seeing game and enjoying a cruise that way.
Go to the Falls early and take a cheap poncho for part of the walk.
The camps were extraordinary. We usually had the jeep to ourselves or another couple might join. The morning trip can be very cold so I enjoyed the camp instead of going on that game drive. It was quite and you can just sit out and look at the water hole and read. The afternoon trip with sundowners was good fun.
Would highly recommend this trip to anyone that want an adventure. Its not for the faint hearted as there are lots of close encounters with game.
Off2Africa did a great job and we never had to worry about plans go wrong.

Wonderful !
The service was extremely reliable: everything went exactly as planned, with no negative surprises. Transfers were flawless, and the drivers and guides were kind and highly professional.
Great value for money — excellent hotels within the budget we set.
The tour itself was exceptional. Matobo Hills was incredible — we saw rhinos, including a baby rhino. The wildlife throughout the trip was amazing: cheetahs, lions, elephants, zebras, sable antelopes, hyenas, and buffalos. At Hwange, elephants came to drink water right in front of the hotel every morning.
Victoria Falls was breathtaking, and Cape Town offered stunning urban sightseeing and scenery.
I highly recommend Off2Africa and Robyn for anyone looking for a well-organized, stress-free trip to Africa.

Outstanding service from Off2Africa
I have just returned from what has to be 2 of the best weeks of my life!
Off2Africa surpassed our expectations; from initial planning, arrival greetings, choice of accommodation, quality of the food, but especially the friendliness and flexibility of staff they work with. Everyone worked with a smile, and every small detail was covered. The overall teamwork and communication ensured each day ran like clockwork.
We were especially impressed with the knowledge and commitment of our Machaba Safari guides (David and Nkotana). They went out of their way to share their vast knowledge and to ensure we experienced as much of Hwange and Mana Pools as each day would allow.
At Volcanoes National Park, Lucky was over every detail of our itinerary. We couldn’t have asked for more!
To witness the spectacular wildlife and the amazing conservation parks was truly humbling.
This was meant to be a “trip of a lifetime” but Africa has left an elephant sized footprint on my soul and I can’t wait to start planning our next adventure!

Honeymoon trip in Botswana and Zimbabwe
We used Off2Africa for our honeymoon trip in Botswana and Zimbabwe in July 2026. We primarily exchanged with Sian who was very responsive and accommodating in the itinerary. We liked her suggestion to discover Hwange and Zimbabwe instead of doing 10 days in Botswana. Everything was very smoothed and the lodges all knew that we were there on honeymoon! The value for money for this trip was great and I would recommend to engage early to secure the best lodges and rates. Sian recommended that we stay in Machaba lodges and we absolutely loved them. The itinerary proposal was made through a very user friendly platform and so was the app that she provided us for our trip that contained all the information we needed. On our first night in Vic Falls there was a note from Sian on the bed we found this very kind! Would recommend Off2Africa for your travels in the region!

Excellent Experience for a Once in a Lifetime Trip
Emma helped to plan an outstanding, once-in-a-lifetime experience to Zimbabwe, with day trips to Botswana and Zambia. We appreciated her thoughts on the best places to visit, the itinerary, and her communication on keeping us updated before and during our trip. The use of the Travel Key app during the trip was very helpful and we were able to meet all of our tours and transfers with no problems at all.
The trip itself was amazing, and surpassed our expectations. All of the camps were great, and the staff - particularly the guides - were fantastic. Their knowledge of the parks and the animals was phenomenal and we learned so much. I would add that, while it was incredible to see so many types of animals up close (and at a distance) we enjoyed getting to know our guides personally just as much, which just further enhanced our trip.
If you're planning a safari, I highly recommend Off2Africa - I know your experience will be as amazing as ours was.

Robyn was particularly helpful in assisting me plan a last minute safari trip across Vic Falls and Botswana. She provided me with very good recommendations, was responsive and provided clear communication. No hassles and I would do it again.

Well thought out, planned and executed
In February of 2026, I began to plan a Safari to Southern Africa in June . I had some ideas about where and when, but was at a loss as to how to actually make the dates/times/places work smoothly. I searched online and found Claire's website and contact. I reached out and she promptly scheduled a Zoom meeting. I gave some broad strokes, she provided some sample inteneraries with pricing and insights. She made some suggestions on where to go and what to do. We decided on a Vic Fall, Chobe Nat Park, and Okavango Delta Kala camp trip. Once I agreed and paid a deposit she went into action and made all the arragnements. Everything! Tansfers, flights, camp bookings, everything!
She was very receptive and quick to reply to both emails and texts. An app was provided for my smart phone to download that had our personal itenerary, reservation numbers, dates etc. Honestly I was a touched worried we would show up somewhere to the blank stare of person working behind a desk asking who we were and why we were there. That did not happen. We never any issue with anything aspect of our journey. I also was a hesitant regading sending payment to a simple bank number on a screen...... I asked Claire to reach out immediately upon receipt of payment, which she did, alleviating my concerns.
I spent some time pricing out the trip individually, and found that pricing was comprable, but I would have been on my own! The peace of mind was priceless.
As for the trip, we spent two nights in Victoria Falls, Claire suggested we obtain the joint Zim/Zambia visa to see the Fall from both sides, worth every penny! Tea and cocktails in the evening at the Vitoria Falls Hotel, and a seemless transfer across the border to Chobe the next day. The Chobe Game Lodge is a classic locale, three activities a day, game drives, river cruises, lions, elephants, sunrises and sunsets. Beautiful. We then flew to the Kala Camp in the heart of the river delta where the vibe was different focusing on the water, the birds, hippos, crocs and the natural beauty of the land. The camp was quiet allowing us to take in the uniqueness of the location. The guides were receptive to out requests and provided great service.
As this trip took place after the school graduations of two of our children, Claire instructed the accomodations to provide some special presents and personalize notes to them. A lovely touch.

Easy, Efficient, and Responsive
My friend and I just finished our weeklong trip through Zimbabwe and Botswana. We had an amazing time from start to finish. We are both young professionals with limited time outside of our daily lives to be able to plan a trip like this one, so we went with Off2Africa to make this trip possible. Robyn helped us plan the trip, offered suggestions for alternative activities to the ones listed on the website (we wanted to see animals 24/7 if possible!), and was available all throughout our trip to answer our questions. One of my checked bags was lost at the Johannesburg airport for the first half of the trip, and Robyn coordinated with Airlink and Wild Horizons to make sure it got to me at our second lodge. She was excellent throughout the whole process! I will certainly be recommending Off2Africa to others who want a stress-free, enriching, and unforgettable trip.
