Everything was organised from start to finish and went like clockwork
I planned my trip very late so it was a pleasure to allow Out of Africa to organise the entire trip including transfers and internal flights. I visited locations I would have been unlikely to find myself and it all went faultlessly. The hotel was good and the lodges in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana were very high quality. While not cheap, I felt I got good value for money. Communication was excellent. I was very pleased and would happily recommend this company.

Efficient and responsive
Chloe and Emma handled my booking and inquiries for this safari to Botswana. Communication was excellent, both via email and WhatsApp. All questions were answered promptly and clearly. The tour itself was very good - it was a luxury option at three camps Okuti, Kanana, and Dinaka. Each camp had its own unique features, especially in terms of things to do. All three camps were owned by Ker and Downey which made transfer and adjustments at each camp easy and straightforward. Staff at these camps were extremely professional and did everything possible to make guests stay comfortable. I even had a surprise birthday cake at one of the camps where I happen to be on my birthday! Compare to other safari destinations, Botswana comes out to be on the expensive side, but you can understand why due to the terrain (for example, all transportation is via small aircraft or sometimes helicopter) and relative remoteness of the camps and locations. I definitely recommend Off2Africa for Botswana safaris.

Last-minute trip, perfectly planned from start to finish
We recently went on a 9-day / 8-night safari trip with Off2Africa Travel, traveling through Zimbabwe and Botswana, and everything was organized perfectly from start to finish.
I traveled together with my mother, and from the very beginning, the planning process was smooth and easy. Robyn was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, and she created a well-structured itinerary for us.
We started our trip in Zimbabwe, staying at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, where we enjoyed several activities around Victoria Falls, including a beautiful guided walk with stunning views and very interesting insights, as well as experiences like bungee jumping.
Everything for the trip was perfectly organized, and we never had to worry about anything. Even activities around Victoria Falls were arranged in advance, which made everything completely stress-free. Once we arrived, we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. Transfers and flights between locations were also seamlessly arranged, which made the journey very comfortable.
In Botswana, we stayed at Chobe Elephant Camp and Kala Camp, which were both highlights of the trip. The camps were very cozy, close to nature, and had a really special atmosphere. The safaris were an amazing experience and made the trip truly unforgettable.
All drivers and guides throughout the trip were excellent – very friendly, professional, and always made us feel comfortable.
We also really appreciated how everything was planned according to our wishes, especially considering how last-minute the booking was.
Overall, it was an unforgettable trip, and we are very grateful for the great organization. We would absolutely recommend Off2Africa Travel to anyone looking for a well-planned and special safari experience.

One of the best trips I've ever had!
This trip was amazing from the planning process to the execution. Robyn was super flexible and helped me plan the perfect trip. While I was there she helped me make some last minute changes to ensure I get the most out of my trip.
Zimbabwe itself was just magical and I will for sure be back. The lodges was safe, beautiful with good food and plenty of animal sightings. Pickups were on time and communicated clearly. I recommend this company 100% and am already looking forward to planning the next one with them.

Chloe was extremely helpful and knowledge and a first-rate planner.
We are Americans who have never ventured beyond Europe, but decided to go to South Africa to visit a friend in Cape Town. We wanted to travel further after Cape Town, so I found Off2 Africa through a web search and worked with Chloe. She arranged flights and accommodations to Kruger National Park and Victoria Falls before heading home. What a great experience! At Kruger,
we stayed at Lukimbi Lodge, a small lodge at the south section of the park. We saw an amazing selection of animals and our ranger told us all about their habits and environment. We saw a lioness and her cubs up close - a site I will never forget. We had first-rate service throughout the stay and the food was excellent! Victoria Falls surpassed our expectations. We stayed at Old Drift Lodge, and our room was unbelievable … beautifully furnished and a great view of the Zambezi River. The safari drives and cruises were wonderful and our ranger, as well as being knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor. While sitting on our deck, a parade of elephants passed by and bathed in the river right in front of us. A group of monkeys came by, swinging on the trees, and a small croc lay sunning next to the river. All that, and a great visit to the falls, where we lunched at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the falls, then toured the falls, which were amazing (needless to say). Chloe arranged everything, including rides to and from the airport. This was definitely the best vacation we ever had… thank you Chloe and everyone else who made our trip unforgettable!

Claire Saunders our tour operator was professional, efficient and well organised
From the outset we had an outstanding service from Claire. She tailored a trip to meet our needs, and made sure it was relatively close to our budget. We had a seamless transfer to the Okavango Delta, starting with a thorough briefing by our driver, and plenty of drinks for the journey. Our drive from Maun to Amber River Lodge in the delta was an adventure in itself, stopping to see the flora and fauna. The lodge absolutely blew us away, we had an amazing time. We had a very knowledgeable guide, Rati, we saw so many wild animals, birds, and the landscape is like paradise. We definitely had luxury accommodation, delicious food, wonderful activities. It was heart wrenching to leave. We had another seamless transfer to the Chobe River, we stayed at Jackalberry. Another stunning lodge. Great pool areas in both to unwind after safari. So close to the national park. We saw elephants, hippos, crocodiles in the water. Also a wide range of land animals and birds. There were beautiful sunsets and sunrises at both sites. We always arrange our own trips but just this once it was nice to have it arranged from start to finish. Claire went the extra mile to make this a memory for a lifetime.

The entire trip was flawless from start to finish.
Bec tailored the trip to exactly what we wanted, many things were managed and planned that we were unaware of how complex they would be until we under took the trip. The process of arranging land transfers across different country borders, was seamless and something that would have been difficult to arrange. As it happened the transportation was safe and perfectly managed with the local knowledge of the team.

Excellent organization, Amazing Trip.
We had a wonderful 3 countries trip to Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. It leaves us with marvelous memories.
We were stunned by the good organization of our tour operator, Robyn. The communication was excellent. Transfers were smooth, efficient and drivers always on times at the several meeting points. Lodges were very good and we saw plenty of game despite travelling in low season.
We highly recommend Off2Africa and would definitely travel with them again. Of course, these trips are never cheap but it was good value for money considering the upper level lodges and the many transfers, including a return flight to Hwange National Parks as well as the many long game drives with professional guides.

Fabulous Botswana
We chose Off2Africa for our Botswanan adventure after careful consideration and was impressed with the care and attention Sian Edwards and Emma paid to not only the arrangements but keeping us informed of any changes due to the weather conditions. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived at Maun airport until the time we left. We visited 3 lodges - preferring to stay 3 nights at both Camp Moremi and Savuti - in the hope of seeing 'big cats' and we were not disappointed. We watched a pride of lions enjoying their kill; lion cubs playing with each other; cheetahs chasing a possible kill and a leopard quietly walking along the track ahead of us. It was amazing how close we came to the lions and a family of hyenas as they walked quietly around the safari truck!
The lodges were very similar in terms of luxury, comfort and service but also very different in that Camp Okavango was primarily boat and walking safaris which gave us a different perspective from the motorised safaris- we stood only 100 metres from 2 male lions as they sat on a raised area looking for prey. All the staff we met on the trip were friendly, helpful and we especially loved the warm welcomes we received at each camp. Our guides were first rate. We wouldn't hesitate to travel to Botswana again and would certainly contact Off2Africa for any future safari trips.

Amazing experience in Africa
Our recent trip to Africa was absolutely outstanding, from start to finish. The hotel pickups and airport transfers were smooth, and every member of staff we encountered was incredibly helpful. Shearwater was a gorgeous place to stay, with thoughtful touches like lovely gifts in our room and delicious food throughout our visit. The attention to detail and hospitality made us feel very welcome and well looked after.
The tours and experiences exceeded all expectations. The Cape Town tours, Victoria Falls and rainforest tour were spectacular, thanks to our brilliant and knowledgeable guides who made the days truly unforgettable. At Bomani, we were treated to amazing tented lodges, fantastic food (including a special anniversary cake), and incredible wildlife drives where we saw elephants, giraffes, rhinos, hippos, lions, zebras, and more. Walking with rhinos and exploring the local village were definite highlights, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs.
I’ll admit, I was initially a bit wary about paying in advance and not being 100% certain everything was above board, even after doing my own research. However, everything worked out perfectly and was handled with complete professionalism and transparency. I am delighted to say the whole experience was seamless, trustworthy, and far surpassed my expectations—highly recommended for anyone considering a similar adventure!
