Just wonderful
My wife and I were lucky enough to celebrate our honeymoon over 4 National parks across Kenya (Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Mara) and are so glad that we booked the trips through Mufasa Tours and Travels.
Firstly, the communication while planning the trip was prompt and above par. Joel was amazing in organising the whole trip and making things quite clear and easy as well as arranging for meals as per our preferences.
Secondly, we took the Mid Range 2 package and suffice to say, all the stays were above par. We particularly loved both the Zebra Plains resorts as well as the country club in Navaisha .
Thirdly and most importantly, our hats go off to our amazing guide, Joe. His professionalism and his commitment to showing us a good time and making sure we maximise our time with the animals were unmatched. He was truly the best guide we could have asked for .
If and when we do come back to Kenya, rest assured, you can be sure we will contacting Musfasa and asking for Joe.

Amazing 10/10 service and experience from Mufasa
We have just returned from a 3 day Amboseli NP safari with Mufasa. Ever since our first enquiry and discussing our options and preferences with Joe, everything was perfectly explained and communicated which put us as ease when booking and paying the deposit.
As we were in Nairobi, we decided to add on an afternoon at Nairobi NP ahead of our trip to Amboseli. Our guide Nelson was ready and waiting to pick us up ahead of time in his clean and well equipped vehicle and he provided us the most amazing 4 days taking us throughout Nairobi NP before driving us down to Amboseli NP the following morning.
Everything Nelson did was with our satisfaction in mind, he took time to get to know us and was always ensuring we were having the best time possible and getting the most out of our trip.
Our accommodation at Kibo safari camp was stunning and probably the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at, the service was incredible as were the views and surroundings.
Nelson and the overall service from Mufasa far surpassed our expectations and we would not hesitate to book with them again when returning to Kenya and would highly recommend them.

Awesome and Life Changing Safari Experience in Kenya!
The planning started at the end of January 2022 when i reached out to Joseph from Mufasa. Initially I had apprehensions regarding the budget, duration and places of safari in this pandemic time but Joseph was excellent to communicate, clarify and customise the trip exactly according to our preference.
The Safari was a 5 day affair to Amboseli, Lake Nakruru and Masai Mara on a Toyota land cruiser assisted by our guide cum vehicle-in-charge Tony.
It was a fun packed tour and we sighted lot of animals and birds during our trip. The insights shared by Tony and his insane spotting skills added to our experience. Overall, it was our best 5 days in Africa!
We would highly recommend people to go with Mufasa, as they are very professional from end to end and also would like to recommend my man Tony as the go-to guide for an excellent experience.

Mufasa is Incredible!!!
We had such an incredible time in Kenya with MUFASA travels. This was our first time in Kenya and Mufasa made sure we take back sweet memories. Our safari was a breeze, thanks to our guide joe. Exceptional Safari Experience
We booked a 9 days private tour with Mufasa through Pauline and our tour guide, who became a friend, was Joshua.
Pauline was very quick and efficient with all of our inquiries; very flexible with all the last minute changes and made the booking experience effortless.
We had a great time with our tour guide Joshua, he ensured we were safe and happy every day. He has over 3 decades of experience and it made a huge difference in our trip. He asked us from the beginning of what we were most excited to see and learn about and then made sure we saw what we had told him we love.
He is a wealth of knowledge; he had an answer to all of our questions. He was entertaining and funny. We went to Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara. He knew where to look for the animals; what was the best positioning of the vehicle, so we can take spectacular photos - i.e. with Mount Kenya in the back, with the colorful African sunrise or sunset as a background, etc.
We were mostly first to find pride of lions and hunting lionesses, playful rhinos, animals crossing in front of us, behind us and were surrounded by many giraffes on a few occasions. We were mostly alone to enjoy the animals and learn about them.
We felt like we were accompanied by the Mayor of Mara - everyone knew him from the other tour guides to the lodges’ employees to the rangers and all were happy to see him, which says a lot about him and his work ethic.
He told us at the very beginning that: ‘The animals are my bosses, they give me employment, so I respect them a lot!’ We really enjoyed spending all 9 days with him; we were never rushed, always felt like what we wanted to see and explore was his priority and by time we were to leave we felt sad our time was coming to an end.
