Superb, and Outstanding
Because I live in Washington Dc, and this was my first time booking a safari. I had so many questions that needed answers asap. So when I reached out to Mufasa Tours, and someone responded back in less then a day. Lewis was the one who responded back via whats app, and from then on he literally answered all my questions day or night. He helped us find accommodation that met our needs, and explaining each hotel, no matter how many different ones I showed him pictures of, he was very patient and helpful, and has exceptional knowledge, and customer service skills. Once we arrived in Kenya, Anthony picked us up from Mufasa Tours with our name printed on a board, letting us know who he was. We choose a private tour, with the option of having a land cruiser instead of a van. The land cruiser was very comfortable, spacious and clean, and they also provided us with gifts that were blankets that came in handy throughout the tour. We stopped off at the Office to finalize our payments then headed to Lake Nakuru. We stayed at the Nakuru – Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge. Which was a very nice hotel. The next day we headed to Masa Mara, and stayed at the Mara Serena Lodge. The drive there is very bumpy and is 7hrs away from lake Nakuru, hence thats why it's alot more comfortable to have the land cruiser instead of the van. While on the game day tours Anthony always made sure we were safe, and comfortable. He also made sure we saw every animal in the safari, and I mean everyone. He was always very punctual, informative, and very nice. Not to mention on our last day of the tour we wanted to go see Girffaes at the Sanctuary, where we could feed and touch them. He literally drove us 7hrs straight without stopping just so we could make it before they closed. He also took us to get souvenirs before dropping us back to our hotel. In all as a first experience Mufasa Tours was exceptional, and their staff is so friendly, professional, and they all go above and beyond in order to insure your happiness.

Unforgettable Experience
Mufasa Tours really did an excellent job arranging this tour, the communication with the tour operator ( Mr. Joseph ) was prompt and professional, he answered all my questions and always was friendly, reliable and on time, starting from arriving at Nairobi and back home, all the transportation was excellent, the safari itself was an amazing experience, since im a photographer, the driver in Masai Mara ( Mr. Tony ) knew where to go and knew the locations very well, and was friendly.
I highly recommend Mufasa Tours and surely will be there again .

Professional and very responsive!
Joseph was very responsive to our e-mails and ensured that everything went smooth sailing. He even delivered our masai blankets gift directly to our door (when we left it in the car).
Tony the tour guide/driver was very nice. He ensured that we saw the big five and was very responsive and flexible as well! He even helped arrange a surprise dinner for our family

2 Magical Nights!
Joseph, the tour contact was immediately reponsive once i sent my quotation and I couldn't be happier with the choices provided to me! The cheapest camp offered is still more expensive than the others offered on this site but for a good reason. You still get the camping experience without sacrificing hot water and electricity! Enkorok Mara Camp staff are simply wonderful and super blessed to have gone with this package! No regrets, would do again! Our tour guide Alex, went over and beyond to search for the big 5 and helped us get GREAT PHOTOS. All in all, an experience of a lifetime.

Great Trip, Great People, Great Places
We loved the experience Mufasa Tours organised for us. We only had a day in Nairobi but we loved the tour so much we plan to come back to Kenya. When we do, will book Mufasa Tours again!
During our day we visited Nairobi National Park and the Giraffe Center with dinner at Carnivore, and we managed to do it all and see everything we hoped and more!

wonderful 7-day trip
It was exciting to see animals for the first time where there was no iron fence.The people of Naivasha are very friendly,
I especially like this place. Amboselli is richer in landscape.The driver is very professional and interesting.The accommodation is satisfactory.
This is my first time in Africa. I'll come back.

Excellent Day Trip through Nairobi National Park
I had the pleasure of arranging a morning game drive through Nairobi national park with Mufasa and was very satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Joseph was very helpful in planning the safari, very responsive throughout and provided various options and insights to help me satisfy my objectives. Given limited time and having previously been on safari for 5 days earlier in the summer without having seeing a Rhino, I was able to see a white Rhino up close and personal with my guide Paul on the game drive with Mufasa. Paul was very educated on the wildlife in the park and was also friendly and great company for the day. I look forward to booking a more extended safari with the company in the future when I have more time and return back to the country again to visit from Canada. Thanks again Joseph and team!
