Excellent Tour with a lot of animals, good operator and guide
We took a 5-Day Safari to Selous and Mikumi park. It was a long car ride to get from dar es salam to selous, selous to Mikumi and back to dar es salam but totally worth it. During the ride you see all lot of small villages and see how the people live there. They always friendly and waving when we passed by.
The to parks where also very good. Not much other Safari cars so we could enjoy the silence of the nature and the animals. We saw a lot of animals (lions, giraffes, elephants, crocodiles, hippos...) up close just a few meters ahead of us.
The driver Hassan did a great job to show us all the animals and was a safe driver during the 7-9 hours ride between the hotels and parks.

Brilliant service
Me and my family got picked up on time, arriving from Manchester. After a long flight felt safe and relaxed. They are very professional always there to help. Affordable prices, they will do anything you ask at any time . I would definitely use them again .

We had a great time with Smilewithus. Jacob helped customise our itinerary to what we needed. Very flexible in our request. Hasan is such a good driver. We went off track in Selous and it is a truely amazing experience. I would highly recommend them.

Having a great time in Tanzania thanks to Smile with Us.
In the beginning, I had a few questions about our safari. I was very pleased with quick and fulfilling answers from Jacob.
We were picked at the airport and start the route to Mikumi. We spent a half-day in the park and saw many animals. next day on the long way to Selous, we could observe the real life of Tanzanian people and we found very interesting. The third day we spent looking for more animals in the Selous game reserve and we were quite successful. Our driver Hassan was very friendly and knew these parks very well. Thanks to him was our safari trip an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, we cancelled the boat safari and bushwalk because of the heavy rain, but anyway we had a great time during this little adventure. Both camps provided us with nice accommodation and surprised me with their pleasing approach to accommodate my (vegan) diet needs (thanks to Jacob´s involvement).
Thanks to Smile with Us my safari dream came true and we would definitely book a safari with them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

The operator was very helpful and always wanted us having the best time as possible. We saw every animals we wanted. Guide was very nice and also helped us for seeing every animals. They were also at the airport when we arrived very early to avoid us waiting ans losing time. We had a very good time. thank you

Awesome experience
We did an amazing 3nights-4days safari in August in NgoroNgoro conservation area and Serengeti National Park. All our expectations have been exceeded. Jacob answered to all our requests doing his best even if we booked few weeks before departure. Our itinerary was pretty tough as we asked to go to the northern Serengeti to see the migration. Our guide Mike was very experienced and professional that drove us just in Front of Mara river to enjoy the crossing and throug hidden spots to see as many animals as possible. Accomodations were great and confortable, we spent 2 nights in a tented camp in central serengeti and 1 night in a mobile camp in the northern serengeti. Great food and amazing service in both of them. We were overall 100% satisfied, i would recommend to ask for Mike as guide and try to stay closer to the river if you wanna see the migration because our tented camp was quite far from It.

Definitely unexpected trip
It was a good unplanned safari and Smile with us travel and tours made it more special. They are very accomodating and manage to book my safari even in a short notice of time. I got the itinerary that i wanted with so much reasonable price, plus my safari tour guide Matata was so patient to drive the whole day to maximize my safari experience and didnt stop seaching for lions and we succeed

First time safari with unsatisfy opertator
We choosed smile with us tour for our tour operator in Tanzania. We felt that Jacob was very active on the communication for planning of the tour and accommodation. On the first day he picked us up late 1 hour and said that our guide will be changed without informing us the reason. We knew later that our guide has just been contacted that morning! Since there has been a change in guide and car and also the poor operation of smile with us tour on the reservation and permit to go to each national park, we spent more than 1.30 hour at each gates (i.e. serengeti and ngorongoro). The worst is that we didn't do the game drive as we spent too much time dealing with all these problems which should not exist if the tour operator is professional enough. Our iternerary was ruined. Our guide tried to manage all problems and planned new itenerary. We felt that this tour operator is very unprofessional.

Posted on Nov 25, 2019Thank you very much for your review. I explained to you the whole situation happened in both areas. Every guide in my company used to maintain his vehicle for control purposes.That day all my guides were busy with the different safaris. The guide who was supposed to go with you her wife was in hospital waiting to deliver, and she was in the critical condition, so we allowed him to take care of her wife, then his car was also packed.We decided to use another vehicle and driver from my best friend's company.We did that because we thought he was much familiar with a vehicle and will deliver a nice service to our clients. We processed all the payment for safari some days before,everything was arranged accordingly but the mistake caused with delay on changing the vehicle detail in national parks systems by national parks officers even though we normally do this successfully without any delay. We contacted all gates and they made it possible though it took some time. We understand this guide is real professional but in this situation he also thought he could manage the situation with own unfortunately he did not. I understand this has disappointed you as other customer could be. I Apologize on behalf of my company and i promise this will never happen again. Thank you for understanding.
