2 amazing ladies cannot be praised enough for their care and attention to detail. Just loved them.

From the first contact the staff was very quick to respond to emails. The staff is highly knowledgeable, excellent interpersonal skills. Touch the moon made my holiday beautiful and without any stress. They sorted out my hotel booking as well as activities. I was truly impressed with their services. Be my Valentine
I got a chance to have a last minute Valentine's booking in Vicfalls done this past February. It was a heavely getaway,worth repeating.
The communication was excellent because Ketty and Bella would email, call and even send whats-apps giving us updates about what were were supposed to do. all the bookings were done well and accurately. All the information we needed to know about travel and accommodation was availed to us such that we just traveled knowing they had prepared for us. They are patient people who answered all our questions satisfactorily. On the tours what we asked for is what we got. they promised to deliver good services and they did actually what we had not expected since it was our first time to do business with them. They were also willing to go the extra mile for us and we greatly appreciated their hospitality. The sunset cruise was the icing on the cake. Will definitely visit again and work with Ketty!

The service provided lived beyond our expectations. Our guide was highly informative and related very well with our ever inquisitive little ones. He was always on time when picking us up. The service we got from a lady called Ketty Mandaza was excellent ,she went extra miles arranging last minute for an extra booking for our son which wasnt on the initial booking,i will definately use this Tour from now going onwards
