Great professionist and wonderful organization
Glad we chose this operator. On a Safari in Africa, what matters is organization and reliability, as well as, of course, looking for animals. African big cats assisted us with professionalism right from the first email contacts. Once in Arusha everything was perfectly organized for the following days: Tarangire, Serengeti (2 days), Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara. Even the hotels selected for our overnight stays turned out to be a wonderful surprise. A special mention for the guide, who in a safari is the real balance and can make the holiday unforgettable or terrifying. With Lovoi, our guide, we felt at home, he is very nice and helpful, he drives carefully and has identified many animals (we were lucky and we completed the big five). Special thanks to him, Justice and Emanuel! Super recommended experience!

Fun, Professional, Great Service
We loved our 7-day safari with African Big Cats Safaris and Khaled (guide). ABCS did a great job of planning a wonderful itinerary. Accommodations and service was good everywhere – Ngorngoro Tortilis Camp was especially wonderful. We enjoyed the flexibility of starting and ending the days as desired. Felt like all of our questions were answered on safari. The communication before (and after) was excellent. Special thanks to Justice Justine, who we corresponded with leading up the trip, and Emanuel for crafting a wonderful experience. Thanks to this team for also reuniting us with our luggage, which the airline had lost for several days!

Amazing 4 day safari with African Big Cats
I had checked out a whole lot of different options for safaris (and there are many), but we decided to go for this one due to 1. We preferred a Tanzanian company; 2. Reviews were consistently 5star; 3. Price range was considerably lower than many other options; 4. The website is really good and communication with the company was super swift and efficient.
In fact, it seemed so perfect I started to think it might be a scam, but I can now tell you it is not! Our experience was perfect from beginning to end. We travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids (age 11 and 9) and we all adored it. Our guide Stephen was amazing. Spoke perfect French and English, was extremely knowledgeable about all the fauna and flora, as well as Tanzania more generally. He is a safe driver, respectable of the animals and the other safari makers. And he is an all-round nice guy, was really good with our girls. He really made the extra effort for us to see as many animals close up as possible, and to make sure we were always having a good time and feeling comfortable.
We took the mid-range option and it was great. Quality of accommodation was very good at all times.

AWESOME, WOW These adjectives do not begin to describe the African Big Cats safari we just had. We had a nine day safari with seven of the days out in the national park and conservation areas. Our guide/driver, Endeni, was very knowledgeable about the areas, history, and of the animals. We learned a lot from him as we were traveling. The roads are as described – bumpy and dusty. You look forward to a shower every evening after a day of game viewing. Our accommodations ran from lodges to tents and the staffs were very service oriented. One of our objectives was to see the great migration as the animals crossed the Mara River. We were fortunate to see not one, but two crossings. Many are not able to see even one. There was a variety of terrain and animals native to the unique areas we visited. We were very satisfied with our African Big Cats safari and highly recommend them and our guide/driver Endeni.

We had the AMAZING Venance and was so lucky to see the big 5 thanks to his brilliant knowledge. The whole tour was magnificent and if you are exploring other tour companies….don’t! African Big Cat really know their stuff and the moment they pick you up from the airport you are at ease.
It was the trip of a lifetime, made even better through our awesome guide.
