Best agency when it comes to flexibility, reliability and fun!
We booked a 5-days safari with African Big Cats Safaris and visited Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Tarangire.
Our guide Obedi was the best guide you can find. He's a biologist, rally driver and excellent human being on top. Thanks to him (and the portion of luck that's always needed) we managed to see all kinds of animals.
The agency will provide you with everything you need. From water, sodas to local beers and wine. All accommodations were according to our needs and requests. The jeep was extremely well maintained, clean, very reliable and managed every obstacle.
The company adjusted to our wishes fully. Our guide was always on time and extremely helpful. The communication was fast and solution oriented. Everything went according to our itinerary and we leave with precious and unforgettable memories from this beautiful country, it's people and fauna.

An incredibly beautiful and perfect trip with the best guides in all of Tanzania!
Our 5 day safari tour was perfect from A-Z! Everything worked smoothly and we had a beautiful time. Our guide Emanuel could speak very good German, was very friendly and was very very competent. He explained us everything about the country, the nature, the culture, the plants and of course about the animals. He always satisfied all our needs and we could see all animals like zebras, giraffes, elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, monkeys, wildebeests, antelopes, gazelles, hyenas, flamingos, crocodiles, hippos, buffalos etc.. The absolute highlight was that we could watch lions and cheetahs hunting from very close. Also the food and picniks were always very good. We can recommend African Big Cats 100% and would repeat this trip anytime! Again many many thanks to Emanuel & his team for this unforgettable amazing trip.

Great 7-days private safari for my family
Big Cats Safari, and our guide Longi, put together a perfect trip for us. Some nights in tented camp, and some in lodges and bungalows. The kids loved to take a swim after a day driving. And having the giraffe, sebras and baboons outside our tent made it very exiting for kids and parents!
Longi was a perfect and safe driver and guide. He always knew how to make our journey to a memory for life.

Great safari provided by superb team of people at Big Cats
The communication before and on the safari was superb - our guide Lord was so knowledgeable and went the extra mile every day - we saw the big 5 and so much more

Nice food and packed lunches
Tarangire and Serengeti were superb, tarangire was excellent. Manyara was nice but the least good of the 4

We would do it again in a heartbeat
We had a wonderful time with African Big Cats Safaris. On our two day safari to Tarangire and Norongoro Crater we saw about 25 different kinds of animals. Our guide Obedi was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in regards to animal behavior, so that we got very close to many of them and had and unforgettable experience. The lunches and the lodge were excellent as well.

Great communication, organization and flexibility
African big cats safaris is very well organized. Everything was communicated to us clearly and promptly before we left for Tanzania. Once we arrived they made sure we were prepared for the safari, letting us know what to expect regarding the accommodations and roads.
Our guide was wonderful, telling us about the different animals, how they live, and why they do the things they do.
The food was excellent. We had hot lunches almost everyday, compared to the box lunches most of the other tours had.
Finally, our guide was flexible with the last minute change we made to the itinerary to go see the Olduvai gorge museum.

Amazing, unforgettable experience which completely exceeded expectations!
Just back from a 4 day/5 night comfort safari and it was the trip of a lifetime! African Big Cats made everything so easy to book with quick and efficient communication from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and everything from airport pick-up to accommodation and meals were taken care of. Our guide Lord was fantastic, his knowledge and passion for safari was obvious and he really went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable - we saw so many animals and so many beautiful landscapes all thanks to him.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a safari trip. I hope we can visit again some day!! Thank you!

Very professional and helpful
From the very beginning of our trip to the end we had excellent service. The guide provided us with lots of information and looked after us. He was also patient and diligent in searching for the more elusive animals. The hotels were good and the food was super, including the food provide for our midday meal whilst out in the national parks. All in all it was first class service and we highly recommend African Big Cats Safari.
