I am a travel agent based in South Africa, and Naomi helped me put together a truly once-in-a-lifetime Kenya and Zanzibar holiday for a family.

From the very beginning, Naomi took the time to understand exactly what they were looking for and created a special itinerary that met all their expectations. My clients have enjoyed every minute of their trip and have repeatedly mentioned the wonderful service they received, especially from the ground handlers who took such great care of them throughout their journey.

As a travel agent, knowing that my clients are being so well looked after on the ground means everything.
