Perfect trip

Our 5-day, 4-night tour with Gorilla Tours was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything ran smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
A huge shoutout to our guide, Moses, who was truly exceptional. He was the perfect guide—extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful throughout the journey. His passion for wildlife and deep understanding of the region made the experience even more special.
The highlights of the tour were, of course, seeing the chimpanzees and gorillas up close. Words can’t describe how breathtaking and humbling it was to witness these incredible creatures in their natural habitat. It was truly a life-changing experience!

All in One service Tour Operator
I booked the trip online and communicated with Jennifer, her responses were very efficient. Payment was done online and I was ready to go.
My driver/guide Francis pick me up on time from my hotel in Kampala, he is very professional and took care of all the payments which ever that is included in the package. He also make sure that I made it to the boat tour at lake Mburo as the departure time has changed. It was really an excellent trip, I have got the best room with the best view in both accommodation, the company also owned the hotels that I used in Bwindi and Mburo National Park. It was excellent! For a solo female traveler, this is really the best option!
I join a group of 6 people for the Gorilla hike, we were lucky to see the gorillas 1.5hr in the trek and we spent 1hr just observing them and following them. I also had a chance to walk with the giraffe, there is nothing I would ask for. Thank you so much for organizing my trip.

Very professional tour operator with outstanding guide!
We did a 9 day/8 night trip that included chimps in Kibale, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and some hiking in the Rwenzoris. We did a custom trip that was somewhat complicated in several ways, but executed very well by the company staff. They gave very good suggestions and were extremely prompt and professional in their replies.
Our guide, Norbert, was outstanding! He is an excellent driver (the roads we encountered were oftentimes quite challenging), extremely knowledgeable, and always friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed having him as our guide and would definitely request him in the future.
Our accommodations were very good in all locations. We particularly liked Snow Heights Lodge in the Rwenzoris. The tented lodges at Bush Lodge in Queen Elizabeth and Kibale Forest Camp in Kibale Forest National Park were both really nice. The food at those lodges was good, but is a set menu. The portions are not large. Would have preferred to have at least 2 or 3 choices for lunch and dinner and larger portions for the price.
Overall, we had an excellent experience. We were extremely impressed with the beauty and people of Uganda. It is an incredible place to get to visit!

Great service, great value for money, safe driver and perfect lodges
I booked a quite last-minute private 12-day tour in Uganda. From day 1, the contact with the company was swift and clear. They could really customise my itinerary to my liking. The entire tour then was a really great experience. Fred (my driver and guide) is a safe driver, and he is a very experienced guide. On various locations, he really put in extra effort to make my trip an even better one. With his help, I saw the Big Five and the special tours to the chimps, gorillas, and golden monkeys I will remember forever.
The big safari jeep was perfect and a luxury for a private trip. All locations were really special and luxurious. Some with ‘just’ great views and in Queen Elizabeth NP with a view on hippos, crocs, and elephants. Food and beds were also great. With no exception, all lodge staff was really amazing.
A special mention for my stop in Lake Mburo. I was afraid this would be just a slow stop on the way back to Entebbe. But the foot-safari in the afternoon and the morning game drive were a perfect end to my trip.
Any good trip to Uganda that also includes a gorilla permit will never be cheap. But I think my trip was absolutely great value for money.

An unforgettable trip

Jennifer organized a wonderful, comprehensive tour, where we saw diverse landscapes in a country we had underestimated.
We had chosen Uganda solely for the gorillas, but instead it turned out to be a marvel, with ever-changing landscapes that left us speechless.
Our drivers/guides, Moses and Wilson, were fantastic, always available and available for our every request.
The hotel and location exceeded our expectations, and no problems with food (always with due care), cars, etc.
Trust them, and you will never forget this trip.
