Traipsing Africa supported us in all steps during our decision about the safari.
They sent us some lodges options, fitting our restriction on days and budget, and for each option they delivered a well detailed document including all about the safari, what to expect in lodges and a schedule day-by-day, which was perfectly accomplished during the safari. (including a user-friendly map to the lodge, better than the standad suggested by GMaps).
They really undestood our needs!
All comunications was by e-mail, with fast and complete responses.
I really recommend Traipsing Africa's Safaris and Tours for all the suppport, easy to deal and been a reliable company which delived everithing what was promised in the booking

Traipsing Africa delivered an awesome Sabi Sands experience
Traipsing Africa was able to work with us and found a resort on the Sabi Sands that was in our price range, but much exceeded our expectations. Sandra booked us at Umkumbe safari lodge and the service, food, and game drives were excellent. There were no problems at all, with the booking and payment, as well as the safari itself - everything went smoothly. You can trust these folks will come through for you on your own safari!

It's been a pleasure dealing with Sandra from start to finish - She understood exactly what we were looking for and went out of her way to ensure that the options she brought us were in line with our expectations.
When it came to value for money, having spoken to some other tour operators and compared the packages, it was clear that Traipsing Africa were able to provide high quality options at a very reasonable prices.

She meet our safari needs and was always available to help us planning
We were looking for a safari in Sabi Sands and Sandra made us several offers. We decided for the one in the Elephant Plains lodge. Since we arrived ourselves, she created us a map how to get there (which is not possible by using Google maps only), she was always helpful during the planning. Apart from seeing the big 5 we had lots of other amazing wildlife encounters. The suite was absolutely beautiful and the food delicious.

Absolutely Fabulous!
I'm so glad I booked with Traipsing. Sandra was fabulous - she responded to all my enquiries on rates and transfers timely, offered options. Once we booked she followed up with information about covid restrictions and changes and also checked in on us via whatsapp and was even helpful in arranging a spare adaptor when we had forgotten ours! she dealt with everything to ensure we had a smooth journey and experience.
The transfer operators they work with are very professional too and had even packed us a snack box for the 2hour transfer.
Would definitely recommend and be using them again when we return to South Africa in the future.

Safari Planning Done Right
My wife and I are glad we decided to trust this company with handling the logistics of planning a safari experience. We stayed in the Black Rhino Reserve area of Pilanesburg National park at the Tambuti Lodge for 5 days/4 nights as part of a larger 2 week trip to South Africa. In one straightforward booking process, private transfers from and to JNB airport and the lodge were organized, the stay itself booked, and covid testing required to return home to the U.S was scheduled. It was a pleasure working with our agent Sandra who checked in on us throughout our trip to ensure things were going smoothly. We will use them again when we next need to plan a safari in Africa.

The customer service I received from Sandra has been impeccable. From the moment we first made contact when we were just planning our trip she has made everything so easy. Recommending where to stay and what to do whilst we were there etc. The little insider tips and suggestions really helped. Sandra has stayed in constant contact throughout covid with updates and local news. I will definitely book again with them.

Excellent Customer service, attention to detail. Amazing experience!
The conversation we had with Sandra from the beginning was quick, easy and tailor made. We managed to tailor made a package with Central Kruger (4 nights) + Cape Town (4 nights). Sandra was perfect to understand our needs and desires, and she helped from the beginning to offer the best deals possibile.
