"A fantastic experience with the best tour operator"
Hail tours Uganda was excellent from the start with clear communication. We were able to change the proposed itinerary to suite our requirements with ease.
The services provided were so excellent with everything going to plan with all transfers running smoothly. The vehicle and driver/ guide was as described and a great way to explore for the three of us with lots of space for animal viewing, being able to move easily about the vehicle and with chargers for keeping batteries charged and the coolers for cold drinks. The game viewing was exceptional. We saw all we had hoped for and more.
A surprise highlight was the cultural visit to the Batwa people who stay in the forests of Bwindi"
All of the hotels and tented lodges recommended and chosen were superb with perfect and excellent services. Thank you Doreen for the outstanding services and Stanley who was our guide for everything that you did to us! Highly recommended!!

I finished amazing 15 days of a safari in Uganda .This was my first safari experience in Africa ! Everything was wonderful, much better than what I expected! The safari was perfectly organized by Hail tours Uganda . The tours to kidepo valley NP , Murchison falls NP,Kibale forest NP, Queen Elizabeth NP, Bwindi impenetrable NP and Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation were really an experience of lifetime! Thanks to Doreen it was indeed a better experience. My driver/my guide Nelson was so brilliant. He's just a legend . Nelson has a lot of knowledge ,Very friendly, so kind ,polite and took care of my property. He was ever prepared with rich experience and extensive knowledge of the land and wild life. He was absolutely incredible . Best experience and best tour guide Nelson !.
Everything on this safari was beyond my expectations from the Scenery ,food , accommodation, weather, wildlife expect not spotting a leopard.
Uganda should definitely be on any traveler's list . I would highly recommend Hail tours Uganda and look for Nelson to be your guide to anyone looking to have an unforgettable trip ever!!

Sande is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Sande was a really relaxed guide who is able to enjoy all that Uganda has to offer. We enjoyed the Queen Elizabeth National Park tour, the boat tour and chimpanzee tracking. It was nice to be able to support a Ugandan owned tour company. Sande will take good care of you!

Unforgettable Experience
Hail Tours Uganda organised our 7day safari to Uganda. The safari was well arranged and this company was always in touch with us from the day we contacted them till the the day for our trip.
Though we were so much excited to see the mountain gorillas, we were also amazed by the Murchison falls. Looking at the passage through which the water forces it's way and the sound it makes was really good. There are also plenty of other animals in this park including a number of birds.
Chimpanzee trekking experience was also a good experience and aff course gorilla trekking.
I strongly recommend any person who wants to go to Africa to book with Hail Tours Uganda.

"Uganda tour"
Hail tours delivered everything I asked for. Nice Lodges at Murchison falls NP, Queen Elizabeth Np, Kibale Np and Bwindi. I asked for a guide who's knowledgeable about birds and Nelson, my guide was really perfect on it .He spoke very good english ,he was very responsible, punctual and very friendly. I felt more like traveling with a friend / a brother rather than a guide. Thanks to you my guide Neslon. Nature in Uganda is so amazing. Would highly recommend!!

"Perfectly Cordinated and incredible service "
We are so happy we chose Hail tours uganda for our trip.Nelson was our guide who was very professional, knowledgeable, kind,friendly, answered all our questions and he made sure we had the best time in uganda! He made sure we got to see as many wildlife as possible. He has 8 years of experience and he is fluent in English. We got to visit 5 different national parks and communities .They let us choose our own lodging and were flexible about frequent changes to my plans .I enjoyed choosing my own lodging. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
Our trip was fabulous and Uganda is magnificent, the people there are incredibly kind. We obviously recommend using Hail tours uganda!!

"Truly amazing experience"
Hail tours Uganda was an amazing experience! Nelson was the most amazing guide and so skilled at spotting the animals! We had a great time with him and it was seriously one of the most amazing experiences of our lives. Nelson was so knowledgeable about the animals and didn't mind us constantly asking questions.He was also super kind with a great energy ,and we really enjoyed having him as our guide. The lodges that they booked us were fantastic and so beautiful. we definitely loved our stay in pakuba inside murchsion falls NP,and we won't be forgetting that experience. We also did a hot air balloon ride,and that was so amazing. Definitely don't miss out on doing a hot air balloon ride ,you won't regret it. We saw so many animals like lions , elephants, hippos and many others .All the national parks are so stunning.
Hail tours made our trip so special and fun and we highly recommend anyone looking to do a Safari in Uganda to sign up with them.
