Family Safari / 6 days
We did a family safari and overall it was a very good experience. The guides and drivers were always kind, attentive, and knowledgeable; the Spanish-speaking guide, who was from the Maasai tribe, was excellent. We also appreciated the good communication and the flexibility of the coordinator, Leopard, who handled unforeseen situations very well, as well as the effort made to show us as many animals as possible.
The hotels were very good, except for the last one in Ruaha National Park, which was not in good condition and did not match the level of the previous ones. One point for improvement would be clearer information about the long transfers between parks: the last stretch involved about 700 km (around 15 hours), and we eventually decided to take a flight instead.
Overall, it was a positive and recommendable experience.

An incredible safari
I went on a safari between September and October 2025 with my sister.
The safari went very well and we were able to get close to the animals thanks to Leopard's experience.
He is a very attentive and caring guide.
Our trip lasted 10 days and we were able to visit Nyerere, Mikumi and Ruaha parks.
I highly recommend the services of Safari Moja Matata.

Just an amazing safari
I had an incredible trip with my sister. The safari was even better than I expected. Leopard gave us lots of information about the animals and about Tanzania in general. He really met our expectations. The safari was well organised and the accommodation and food were impeccable. I recommend it.

We were a group of four friends from Austria. Our safari began in Zanzibar and was very well organized. We drove to Moshi, visited three national parks, hot springs, and the Maturani waterfall. Leopard was a very good driver, competent, and always friendly and helpful. Our friendly guide, Talib, spoke excellent German and told us a lot. It was an impressive trip that we will always remember. Many thanks to Moja Matara and Talib!

9-day Tanzania tour with safari
Thank you so much. It was a truly wonderful trip. Experiencing the tour of Tanzania was fantastic. Leopard and Talib were excellent guides. It was like being part of a small family. Leopard was a superb driver, and Talib was a very good German interpreter with a deep understanding of the country and its people. The journey from Zanzbar by taxi and ferry, and back to our hotel in Nunghwi, the Tanzania Beach Hotel, was all organized perfectly. We visited Dar es Salaam, hiked to a waterfall, visited a coffee farm, a hot spring, and Mkomazi National Park (for rhinos) and Sadaani National Park. It was a pleasure traveling with them.
