We had an excellent vacation thanks to Image Travel Limited! Mwanje was very responsive as we booked and throughout our trip! Accommodations in Amboseli, the Mara, Nakuru, and Naivasha were excellent. We were fortunate to have phenomenal guides and saw extraordinary wildlife and scenery.
Beyond my expectations!
Had such a great experience with Image Travel, I traveled with my mom and we did not want to be by ourselves at any moment during our trip to Kenya because it was our first time. We were accompanied from the moment we arrived to the airport until we left. All accommodations were met, loved all the hotels and experiences that were booked for us, staff from Image Travel and hotels were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be booking with Image Travel on my next trip to Africa! This time we went to Amboseli, Masai Mara, Diani Beach and Nairobi. All hotels and safaris were beyond our expectations, 100% recommend Image Travel for a smooth, organized and unforgettable trip :)

6-days luxury trip
Recently, my wife and I were on a private six-day luxury safari in Amboseli, Nakuru and Masai Mara. Everything went according to the itinerary of the trip. Accommodations, food, transportation all ok. Our guide/driver was David, knowledgeable and helpful in everything. Email contact with Mwanje hassle-free, he answered all our inquiries, quickly and to the point. We sincerely recommend trips with Image Travel. I think we will use their service

Image Travel delivered all that was promised on our Safari to Ol Pajeta Conservancy!
Image Travel provided excellent customer service for 4 of us on our 3 night 2 day safari to Ol Pajeta Conservancy. I booked this trip on line and was holding my breath that everything promised was devlivered..... and it was! From information provided on who would be picking us up to take us from our Nairobi hotel to Wilson airport, to being promptly picked-up at our destination, an excellent guide, great logding and food at Sweetwater Serena Camp, to a surprise stop at the Equator. Mwanje Athuman patiently answered all of our questions during and after the booking process.

Dive in without hesitation!
Image travel helped us with booking the trip from point A to point Z. We had the most magical safari experience! Saw the big 5! And much more… Probably the most exciting were the lions we saw up close. The guides are super experienced and understood the animal behavior well, so we knew we were in good hands : )

Amazing trip
We booked our honeymoon through Image travel. I was a little worried before going because I felt like I didn’t have all of the details but once we got there I quickly realised that we didn’t need to know anything! The four camps that we stayed at did absolutely everything for us. The elewana camps were truly magical, the guides made sure that we saw all of the animals multiple times and also set up bush breakfasts, snacks and sunset drinks. We were truly treated like royalty. My husband is Muslim and all of the places knew about his requirements and would make sure that we didn’t miss out just because we don’t drink alcohol. The best trip we have ever done by a long way and we travel a lot! Thank you image travel for an amazing honeymoon experience!

Outstanding Travel Company and Excellent Team
We had an outstanding experience working with Image Travel Limited. From the initial conversations and planning, to the booking and billing process all the way through to the trip itself and the after-trip follow up, Image Travel was absolutely amazing. I enthusiastically recommend them!
The planning, booking and invoicing process was very simple and straightforward. Once the trip started, we had a few unexpected challenges arise – specifically an international flight cancellation and some delayed East African visa approvals. In both situations, Mwange and his team were 100% available, responsive and committed to helping us through the hassles. And, on Christmas Eve no less, when our international flight was canceled, Mwange was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was an absolute relief and total joy to work with him and his office. He and I stayed connected throughout a long crazy day on WhatsApp – and never once, not once, did he let me down. On the final day of the trip, Mwange even made a special trip to the airport simply to greet and embrace us after a long, wonderful trip. Just that gesture alone captures the pride and professionalism of this company.
I highly recommend Image Travel. They are total professionals and I would trust them to do an excellent job for any traveler, regardless of budget, special needs or unexpected challenges.

Excellent service with rapid response times, customized for the individual
Mwanje from Image Travel was excellent in developing an itinerary that suited my needs. They provided many options for the Maasai Mara and were quick to respond, including outside of business hours. I appreciated being constantly kept up to date about opportunities and changes from the airline that were not in our control.
