Authentic Wild Africa.
We still count ourselves extremely fortunate to have travelled to the wilderness areas and remote game parks of Namibia and Botswana and Zambia with Quinton Conroy and his lovely wife. The visual aspects of our journey, the early starts, and late afternoons at the Great Desert Park, the Okavango Tour and Victoria Falls all add up to an engrossing sequences of exoerience.
Often, it is not until one has returned home, still dealing with what was seen of village life, the people and the landscape, that we then begin to fully appreciate the ways in which we were exposed to such a variety of experiences. African style food, cooked on an open fire, hippos roaring in the delta, the roar of a lion, the snickering of a dozen zebra, the heads of giraffe above the tree line,..wildebeest grazing in their hundreds, cheetah hunting springbok. Reminiscence is easy, even after a dozen years simply because these experiences are hard to forget. Thankyou again African Explore Safaris.

Immersive and amazing experience
Quinton was an amazing guide for our private family holiday from South Africa, Zambia and Botswana. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable bit also provided insights from his life experience in Africa. Nothing was ever too much trouble and by the end of the trip we felt as though he was part of the family.

Life-Changing, Immersive Experience Well Organised and Great Fun
My overland trip with Africa Explore Safaris was life changing. Quinton was an incredible guide. He is so knowledgeable and was always able to answer our questions and provide great context and background on the animals, fauna and flora we saw. He is an amazing cook too so the food was awesome and everything was organised with great attention to detail. Northing was overlooked. When we were out in the bush he made us all feel safe despite the fact we were so close to the wildlife. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his trips to anyone wanting to explore Africa and immerse themselves in this diverse culture.

Awesome

Absolutely organised & reliable, the service delivered was extraordinary. Our arranged activities & accommodation were 1st rate. To see the joy and wonder on the faces of our daughters and their husbands was incredibly heart warming. And for them to learn about southern Africa from such a knowledgeable guide was amazing.

Quinton was the best guide!
We had Quinton Conroy as one of several guides on our African adventures. Quinton was with us in Cape Town and Kruger National Park.
He was by far the best guide we had. He was organized, efficient and really knew his flora and fauna as well as the people of the area. He would brief us the night before so we always knew what to expect the next day. There were no questions or requests he couldn't handle. You couldn't ask for a better guide.

We had a fabulous family holiday in South Africa, Botwana and Zambia, we'd love to come again!
We had a fabulous holiday with Quinton (and Abby), the holiday was collaboratively planned, well organised and really easy to enjoy. We had a lovely fun time in beautiful Cape Town, were constantly amazing in the Kruger and Chobe and had great adventures at Victoria Falls! Great service with knowledgeable guide
We worked with Quinton to design a private, one day tour of Cape Town and environs. He was an excellent, knowledgeable guide. There were six adults in our group. We enjoyed him so much, we were able to hire him for another day, to explore the South African wine country. He did not disappoint! What wonderful experiences he planned for us. We went to three wineries that day, each more amazing than the last (and that says something since 4 of us live in northern California, and have visited many wineries in many areas). I would highly recommend him for any travel plans you would like to make.
