Great, efficient, and as the name suggests, very reliable.
Reliable tours arranged everything for us, drivers, hotels, flights etc. The service was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
In fact we have used them to travel twice. Once to Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa, with a small safari in Ambroselli national park. The second time it was a safari to the Masai Mara in Kenya in November 2019.
Both times the service was perfect and everything went smoothly. The hotels chosen for us were lovely, especially the one in the Masai Mara.
Our drivers both times were lovely, nothing was too much trouble.
Our contact at Reliable Tours is Caroline, she is very efficient and very approachable for any unusual requests. She made our trips perfect.

Whether it’s a forced a schedule change, an unusual request, or a missed connection, quick-thinking was evident.

Awesome
Communication was very good and the bookings were handled on time. The tour was superb and my son enjoyed his birthday treat with a surprise birthday cake organised by Reliable Tours. We enjoyed ourselves, hope to tour again with them hopefully soon. We would like to go to Dubai once all is well, and we will definitely engage Reliable Tours. The tour kicked off smoothly with Reliable having given us our sgr tickets in advance.They dropped us at the station via their designated driver and ensured we got to our accommodation safely and conveniently.

My family n l had a holiday to Dubai in August n Reliable tours were spot in from Kenya to Dubai n back. The group ranged from 6 years to 65 years. All the groups expectations .
