Absolutely incredible experience with Safari Update Travels. We choose 3-day Safari in Masai Mara, it was the best choice based on the experience and price for us. Linsel organized everything perfectly and thanks to Jimmy we were able to see almost every animal in Masai Mara (best eyes in Kenya, he could see every tail hiding in the bush). We were staying in Enkorok camp which gave us an authentic feeling of staying in the wild (and food was great). On the last day, Linsel was so kind and booked for us a train ticket to Mombasa. After a safari tour, we continued to travel across Kenya and Linsel was very supportive the whole time.
At first, we thought the bookng amount was too high but we decide to go with it. The value for our money was excellent, we even felt we paid less regarding the experience we had. I highly only recommend. During our tour we met other tourists who did not get the experience we had.
I especially thank Linsel and Jimmy for a great experience and I hope we will see each other again.

Incredible service and very attentive
We booked two honeymoon safari trips with Safari Update Travels and were blown away. Our driver Sam was so great, he was knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us amazing views of all animals. He is a professional at driving through the parks and knows the ins and outs so well. We could not believe how much we saw and how close we got to all different types of animals, it was a dream come true. Booking process with Silas was great, we booked months before and he answered all our questions. We stayed at the comfort level for both trips (Masai Mara and Amboseli/Tsavo West) and the places were great. Amazing food for all the meals and clean rooms! Simply the best.

Top Class Tour Operator!
The safari tour was excellent. Since the beginning Silas was very helpful and available to answer all of our questions. He always tried to reassure us and gave us all details. The information given and the payment procedure were very serious and trustworthy.
As for the safari itself everything went as planned, a private tour in an spacious and comfortable Jeep 4x4 equipped with fresh water and binoculars. The hotel was very comfortable as well, clean with good food, different options and good taste. The rooms were charming and we had all comforts while having an authentic experience.
Finally our guide Simon was the cherry on top of the cake. He was prompt to answer all of our questions, always trying to get us to places where we could see every animal. He explained a lot of details about the wildlife of Masai Mara, even the birds.
I would 100% recommend this experience and Safari Update travels to everyone! Looking forward to having more safaris with you.

Very professional and excellent service!
I recently went on a trip in Kenya and completed two safaris with Safari Update Travels.
I worked with Linsel to arrange a 3 days trip safari to Amboseli and a half day trip at Nairobi National Park. He was very responsive with his email communication despite our eight hour time difference. It was smooth arranging and a couple days prior to my arrival I had my driver’s name and phone number. They also arranged for pick up at my hotel.
James was my driver and guide for both safaris. I’ve done numerous safaris elsewhere throughout Africa in different countries and I can say without a doubt James was the best. He has the most experience and knowledge I have seen when it comes to safari guides. In addition to the wildlife, I even asked about the various tree species and he knew! Most guides only know animals.
I plan on returning to Kenya next year and will certainly be booking with Safari Update Travels for my safaris.
Kennedy wandera, was very excellent, entertaining and we really enjoyed it.
Our safari with Kennedy wandera was really fun , we enjoyed our tour and we would love to do it again .It was the best safari ever, we laughed and got to see the animals pretty much all what we wanted to see

Unforgettable trip with guide Simon
Going on a safari with Safari Update Travels was the highlight of my trip to Kenya. From the first contact on email, till the very last process, the entire team has made my trip an unforgettable one. Silas who took my reservation was so kind and available, He advised me on the tours, the different options, the tented camps. Always answering my questions promptly.
I spent 6 days on safari, with the most incredible guide Simon. Super kind, making sure I had the most amazing experience from the different places I’ve been to. He knew every single animal we encountered, taking time to explain the difference between male and female, how to differentiate one from the other. I couldn’t have wished for a better guide and next time I come to Kenya, I won’t hesitate on which guide to go with.
He wasn’t tired of me asking to stop for more pictures and he was making his best to get me the best scenes. A truly great safari experience comes from the people who guide you and it has made this journey one to remember.

Excellent Safari and Best guide James!
My Husband and I traveled to Kenya for our honeymoon in August 2021 with Safari Update Travels. We had the most memorable time with their team and the whole process was like a breeze. Linsel was very helpful throughout the trip.
Our trip including 4 days in Masai Mara, 2 days in Nakuru, Naivasha area and 2 days in Amboseli.
The land cruiser car was in splendid condition with comforts like a large size fridge and WiFi.
What stood out of the whole trip was James our safari guide. He's a remarkable guy with more than 15 years of safari experience, he made our trip very memorable and adventurous, he's not only a good driver and a guide but also a wild life and biodiversity enthusiast.
We would suggest James and Safari Update Travels to everyone planning a trip to Kenya.

Terrific Safari with the best guide Simon!
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Safari Update Travels company, their staff and what they offered. When booking the trip I worked with Silas who promptly returned my emails and made the entire booking process so easy. We chose a 3 night 4 day safari visiting Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and the Masai Mara. All we can say is “Terrific” Our tour guide Simon, was accommodating to our needs and extremely informative. Top notch services
Our driver Moses was great. Linsel at the office responded appropriately to our mails. We were also lucky to see the leopard twice during our safari. The wildlife was impressive. The Jambo Mara accommodation and personnel was very nice. Top notch!

Unforgettable experience!
We had such a great time on Safari and also the planning procedure beforehand went smoothly. We had a customised trip and the customer service was really excellent, making sure that all our wishes were fulfilled and they replied so quickly!
The trip itself was wonderful, the lodges and camps simply amazing. Our driver was great, he knew so much and his orientation around the different parks was excellent.
I really recommend this company, also to people who have no experience with travelling in Africa. We felt safe and taken care of throughout the entire period.
